Overpriced, dirty.
Pros:

Close to airport

Cons:

Room was filthy. Dust bunnies on floors, ceilings. Bathroom gross, tub needs recaulked. 2 drawers for storage. Nickel and dimed for every amenity. Parking cost outrageous for guests STAYING AT HOTEL. Repeatedly asked for additional towels/coffee cups. Never provided. The big perk was “2 complimentary water bottles” provided every day. Breakfast $35/person for mediocre food. We stayed a week. Would NOT recommend

Good location to sfo. Bad food, bad noise insulation, would not stay again.

Location, close to airport

Cons:

Restaurant super slow and food really bad. The worst was the noise in the room though, you can hear the room next door as if they were inside your room, and I was unfortunate enough to have a neighbor that was speaking on a call until 1am, dealing with the staff to solve this was painful, after 40min they finally sent security yo knock on their door, but it still didn’t solve it and I had to knock on their door myself for them to stop. And they weren’t even doing anything crazy, the noise insulation is just really poor.

Excellent staff and great room, but unexpected extra expense with a "Destination Fee" charged.
Pros:

Room and Check-in staff member

Cons:

A "Destination Fee" that I didn't know about, and a $54 per might parking rate is much too high by Bay Area standards.

Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely choose to stay here again.
Pros:

The staff were wonderful. The front desk team was very warm and friendly, and the airport shuttle service was excellent as well.

Cons:

the water pressure in the shower was quite low. The air conditioner was also a bit noisy when it kicked on.

Good Option for SFO
Pros:

A hotel that does the basics well, with a touch of class. The hotel looks business based but has a nice ambience, probably helped by the large atrium. Airport shuttle was welcome and check in was easy. Everything was very clean and I will look to stay here again.

Terrible night
Pros:

My room was fullness bugs and mites and other insects. Long nights of bites by that insects made a lot of problems to my health due to allergic reactions. I had to through out all of my clothes and bags to prevent from the taking that bugs to my home.
