Geen opties om er te eten/service ondanks marketing. Geen drinkwater op kamers. Slechte qualiteit van freebies en hygiene producten (ook geen tandpasta). Verouderd interieur.
Es war ein sehr freundlicher Empfang. Unser Auto konnten wir bequem in der Tiefgarage parken. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel waren zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen.
Das Zimmer war groß und gut klimatisiert.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut.
Fantastisk service. Personalet var veldig imøtekommende og hjelpsom. Kommer garantert til å booke der neste gang vi er i Brussel. Super leilighet.
L’accueil était médiocre et ils arrivent pas à trouver ma réservation. Et pourtant j’avais le numéro de la réservation et la confirmation sur mon portable.

The staff were really unhelpful and rude with the most basic of requests. We hired a conference room for work and it was really hot and bad
Hotel bardzo przyjemny, obsługa kompetentna i miła, pokój przestronny, łóżko wygodne, nie za miękkie, tak jak lubię :), łazienka przystosowana dla osoby na wózku inwalidzkim, całość dostępna dla wózków, dobre śniadania, parking podziemny z windą do hotelu, bliskość Europarlamentu oraz dla spacerujących niewielka odległość do starego miasta i zabytków. Polecam ten hotel.

It was almost close to everywhere I liked to visit
The room temperature was high. No matter how much I lower the AC, it didn’t work at all ! Were lucky that the weather get cold otherwise we were boiled like a chicken.
Delicious breakfast, state of the art hotel, room comfort, hotel vibes and very cozy room.
