Important information:

The Club Lounge is opened from Monday to Sunday. Breakfast service remains at The Poet Restaurant.
WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.
Please note that reduced parking fees apply during weekends.
Breakfast is free for children under 6 and there is a 50% discount for children between 6 and 12 years old.
The Family room is exclusively designed for families (up to 2 adults and 2 children). Any reservations made for 4 (four) adults will result in an additional charge of EUR 20 upon check-in.Pet fee of EUR 50 per stay and EUR 10 per night, with a maximum of 2 pets per room.

Die gute Lage zum Regierungsviertel.

Cons:

Die Zimmer, das Service (kein Nachfüllen von Hygieneartikeln), schmutzige Fenster, das Durcheinander mit Clubzimmern und Zimmern, die über booking com angeboten werden, sehr laut, das Frühstück an Werktagen sehr chatoisch, alles leer, kein Besteck, am Wochenende dafür sehr ruhig.

Pros:

Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres, la literie très confortable.
Le petit déjeuner (un peu cher) mais excellent.
Très bon emplacement.

Cons:

Accueil pas très sympathique, personnel ne parlant pas "Français", pour une ville belge dont le Français et quand même une des langues officielles.
Payement à l'avance (alors que ma carte était enregistrée lors de la resa et prélèvement supplémentaire de 50 € sans aucune explication.
Petits déjeuners trop chers pour les 29 € demandés, à savoir choix limité pour le prix.
Manque de balayette pour les toilettes - ceci est très gênant et n'a rien à voir avec l'écologie.

Pros:

I booked this hotel for 2 people stating a club room with breakfast. I checked in with a not so desk agent and was informed that it has no club here for a long time so why advertise it’s a club room then she said only one person gets the breakfast the other has to pay 29 euros not what I signed up for. King room not club is cheaper and the sq foot is the same so why did I pay more and did not get what was advertised.
