Die Klimaanlage ist mir persönlich zu kalt eingestellt. In der Lobby und im Essbereich ist ein Pullover nötig. Leider wurde der Abfalleimer im Bad nicht geleert.

café da manhã muito bom!

Cons:

Sistema de telefone para falar na recepção não funcionava, hospedes ao lado fazendo muito barulho e não conseguia reclamar com o hotel. Sistema de cartão de credito também nao funcionou no check in e tive que preencher dados do cartão em papel o que é muito desconfortável e sujetio a fraudes.

Hotel calme et accessible a toutes heures
Personnel daccueil très aimable et disponibles

Dommage qu'il y ai des travaux
Et j'aurais aimé que le personnel de ménage ne passe pas dans la chambre alors que je dormais encore pour une chambre que je rendais dans la matinée

Hotellet lever ikke op til de andre Merriot hoteller, som jeg har været på, standard. Et løbende toilet, ingen toiletbør

Den første receptionist havde absolut ingen intentioner oomkring service, hun gad dårligt tjekke os ind, snakkede kun lidt engelsk, virkede i rigtig dårligt humør.

Pros:

Overall a good stay and the hotel was pleasant.
The cold water dispenser by the elevators was helpful since it was summer.
Nice bed. Good amenities in the bathroom.
Plenty of TV channels.

Cons:

Reception could be improved. We arrived to no welcome and had to begin the conversation with the reception and explain we wanted to check in. Absolutely no welcome and no smile. Just took our IDs without saying a word, gave us the key and explained the wifi.
The receptionist the next day was more helpful and pleasant, but calling it friendly or welcoming would be generous.

The room was a bit dated and worn. Clear signs of wear and light damage in the room. The decor of the hotel is quite bad, but that’s subjective taste I suppose.

Geen opties om er te eten/service ondanks marketing. Geen drinkwater op kamers. Slechte qualiteit van freebies en hygiene producten (ook geen tandpasta). Verouderd interieur.

Sehr gutes Hotel für einen Städtetrip
Pros:

Es war ein sehr freundlicher Empfang. Unser Auto konnten wir bequem in der Tiefgarage parken. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel waren zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen.
Das Zimmer war groß und gut klimatisiert.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut.
