That I was able to book very last minute.

Cons:

I have stayed in La quintas before in Orange County, and I have had wonderful experiences.
But this one is very dirty, the room spelled not pleasant. the door to our room had a huge gap that the light and air or any bug could come thru there.
Breakfast was very disappointing, nothing warm and freshly made. I had even bragged about you guys to my mom, and it was not good at all. will definitely not stay there anymore.

The location was good

Cons:

The facility was horrendous, trash outside the facility, the second building used to be an industrial factory that was converted to a hotel. The carpet was dirty and smelly, the lobby and hallways smelled with overwhelming cleaner to cover up other bad odors. The smell was so strong that it gave me a headache. One elevator was broken, so we took the stairwell which smelled like urine. When entering the room, the carpet and table was dirty with sticky stuff, I took my family and left. We did not stay at the hotel.
