Hot tub not heating up, toilet backed up for I entire day, unsecured WIFI, bathroom light going out, trash left around, water dripping from the ceiling where people eat

it was good overall
Pros:

Good location, right near a dennys and jack in the box good for a quick bite too , good options for the complimentary breakfast.

Cons:

In our room, the bathtub wouldn’t drain immediately so the water would fill up and take awhile to go down

Not much to like actually I can't think of a thing this place is a dump

Cons:

The website claims daily housekeeping which is a downright lie.
When you ask at the front desk why you didn't have housekeeping that day they tell you you have to request housekeeping but when you do request housekeeping you rarely get housekeeping I don't know if they're just downright lazy or they don't have any people by the way it's BS
Sometimes the TV will work sometimes it won't.
Sometimes the microwave works sometimes it doesn't.
Sometimes the refrigerator has a freezer sometimes it doesn't sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't.
Sometimes the showers are clean sometimes they aren't
My advice go someplace else.

Pros:

It was a great affordable place to stay when visiting my friends and the bed were very comfortable. Two things that could be fixed is that the drain fir the shower clogged easily and the it would be preferable for the cleaning service to go through their rounds twice a day instead of one, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. The reason is because many people are still sleeping in the morning and the afternoon is where they leave to do something.
