Renaissance Dallas Hotel

Beautiful hotel

Staying at the Renaissance Dallas Hotel is such a blessing. From Cory Burns being very helpful with booking my stay to everyone at the front desk being so kind. Debra and Jasmine work so hard at making you feel at home in The Club Lounge. Their service and kindness is over the top.

From the moment we checked in, Camron made us feel welcomed & extra special. She is an absolute gem! She is quite personable and professional… a lovely individual.

I find this concierge one of not the best I visit throughout the year. I am titanium Elite Lifetime so I have been in a lot.
Front desk was on point. Destiny was fantastic

I accidentally left an extremely sentimental, irreplaceable bracelet in my room…called security/lost and found and thank goodness Loretha answered. She immediately said she was going to investigate to see what she could find. Within an hour, she had called me back- she found my bracelet! When I got her message I cried my eyes out- that’s how much the bracelet means to me. Thank you Loretha!!!

Wanted to thank Loretha for her amazing customer service. I had quite a bit of things delivered to the hotel and she went above and beyond to make sure I received them all. She’s very sweet as well. Thank you

This hotel is great! Checked in with this very sweet guy Jason and my family had booked a room with only 1 bed in it, but Jason was so sweet and offered a suite for my family so we could all sleep comfortably for the weekend. he even let me kids grab a couple snacks from their little shop in the lobby. His kindness and how he acknowledged my entire family and not just me as the adult is why i would recommnd this hotel and defenitly come back. you have a great hotel and a great staff. The food in your restaurnt was amazing and i even stopped by the front desk again to get some reccomendations and Wesley gave me a ton of places for me and my kids to go to. Thank you for the great family weekend!

Amazing service, great executive lounge, and overall beautiful property. I was fortunately upgraded to an executive suite with a nice view of the Dallas skyline, and the room was great. Hotel is very convenient for travelers (not too far from the Dallas Love airport), but is also close to downtown Dallas without being too much into actual downtown. Parking lot is only accessed from your key card which adds a safety aspect, and I'd highly recommend this hotel

I stayed three days and I had the club lounge. It was fantastic. The beds were comfortable. The food was really good. Both in the lounge and in the restaurant. Debra in the club lounge was fantastic. If you can add that to your reservation you won't be disappointed. You get breakfast in the morning, you get dinner items 5:30 to 7:30 pm. Alcohol drinks (extra) but there is also soda, water, milk, coffee, tea, etc.

Valerie was absolutely amazing and employees like her are the reason I continue to stay at Bonvoy properties

Location, bed was comfortable, cookies at front desk was an added touch, we asked for a later checkout at noon which they were willing to change.

Great experience overall. As a Titanium member, I stay at a lot of hotels, and what truly makes the Renaissance Dallas stand out is the staff. Every interaction was warm, professional, and genuinely helpful.

Destiny at check-in was exceptional and made me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The in-app chat responses were also incredibly fast and efficient throughout my stay.

A special thank you to Debra in the club lounge — she was incredibly kind and caring. She even saved some food for me after service hours had ended, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made my stay especially memorable.

It’s rare to find a hotel team that consistently goes above and beyond like this. I would absolutely stay here again anytime I’m in Dallas

Love coming back to the Renaissance Dallas hotel! Grest service, the Lounge Hostess Deborah (evenings) and Jasmine (mornings) are super friendly and welcoming.

The lounge has wonderful breakfast and dinner along with the best service! Debra is super helpful and always so friendly when she sees us. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who's staying in the Dallas area.

We had a great experience from start to finish. From the moment we stepped out of the Uber, we were warmly greeted by two friendly attendants (I wish I could remember their names—they set the tone right away).

I had accidentally made two reservations for different dates and didn’t realize it until the day of check-in. Valerie went above and beyond to help us sort it out and made sure we were able to get both rooms without any stress. That level of care really stood out.

The atmosphere is great, the rooms are clean, and the overall experience was excellent.
