Pros:

Boka inte detta hotell. Vi bokade ett stort dubbelrum med två dubbelsängar för hela familjen cirka åtta månader före ankomst. Hotellet hade bekräftat både bokningen och rumstypen. Vi hade dessutom kontakt med dem före ankomsten för att kontrollera att allt var i ordning och meddela att vi skulle anlända sent. Trots detta fick vi inte det rum vi hade bokat.

Hotellet lyckades inte ordna en extra säng första natten, så en av oss fick sova på en pytteliten soffa som snarare liknade en fåtölj. Först till andra natten ordnade de en extra tältsäng, som var väldigt obekväm. Till tältsängen fick vi inte ens ett täcke, utan bara en filt. Trots detta ville de ha fullt betalt för ett rum vi inte fick.

Personalen var dessutom väldigt snäsig och tyckte att vi skulle finna oss i det vi hade fått. Det enda undantaget var mannen som serverade frukosten, som var jättetrevlig.

Vid utcheckningen frågade de inte ens om vi hade haft en trevlig vistelse. Deras bemötande gav intrycket av att de var vana vid klagomål.

Jag bor ofta på hotell i arbetet, och detta är det sämsta hotell jag har bott på. Jag har aldrig skrivit en recension tidigare, men här vill jag verkligen varna andra. Ärendet ligger nu hos Bookings kundtjänst. Ett uruselt hotell som jag starkt avråder från att boka.

The front desk, restaurant and bar staff made it a pleasant stay for sure
Pros:

Staff were awesome and very accommodating! 3rd year to celebrate my birthday with family and friends at their refreshing pool.

Cons:

Under construction but we were informed of this. Look forward to seeing it when done

It was clean quit and all the staff were awesome! Especially Chasity that works the front desk at night . This woman went above and beyond to make sure we were good

Pros:

Good location and price. Front desk, Kari, was excellent. Shower worked well, room was large and comfortable.

Cons:

Rooms are being renovated so heard some drilling (sounded like a dentist office)-but was told and wasn't too bad.

room was very small. not enough light in bathroom, also no soap or shampoo. was not informed of renovations. also had a guest knocking on all the doors at 4:00 am because he was locked out of his room and could not get back in
