Overall a very nice stay, just needs a few improvements
Pros:

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Even the people who were contacted to repair the swimming pool were very helpful and courteous.

Cons:

There was no bench out in front of the hotel where hotel guests could sit and smoke outside. Also there was no ashtray out front to dispose of the cigarette and cigar buds, so people were just throwing them everywhere.

Thanks for a great stay!
Pros:

Hotel was a fine stay with good rooms and quick access to the hospital system. A few staff members made this hotel worth every penny, Francisco, Eugene and , Luis(z?) we’re incredible people to spend some time with during a difficult trip. It’s good people like them that make a difference in a sea of hotels. Thank you for your conversations and generosity, it means a lot. Stay here.

Pros:

Didn't eat. Couldn't because of medical reasons, fasting for operation. Check in hospital at 5:30am in morning.

No hot water to shower.

Great place to stay and convenient in the medical center area.
Pros:

The hotel is next to the medical center where we were having a procedure done. It’s convenient to stay here and just walk over to the next building. Totally recommend it. It’s worth the money and time you save if you’re having to drive into Houston versus traffic.
The gym is adequate for a decent workout. The staff are amazing. After we checked in, we received a text from the hotel and the gentleman that checked us in to see how we were and if we needed anything. Loved this!
And when I had to ask where something was the staff in the hallway we’re happy to help.

Good spot

Pros:

Extreme clean and well taking care of

Cons:

Better signs in the lower levels of the parking garage letting you know that you need to park on level 4 or higher
