Pros:

Die 24h Rezeption die immer geholfen hat und die Lage war perfekt.

Cons:

Das es im 11 Stock kein eis gegeben hat so wie auf der karte stand. In der Nacht ist die Klima ab und zu sehr laut.

The comfort and size of room and location and view front desk was very helpful n nice

Cons:

We didn’t like the it was 9:25 and one of the staff open our door while we was sleeping and check out time wasn’t till 11 and they was trying to rush us out

Amazing staff, a well-equipped bathroom, good breakfast, inadequate cleaning, and terrible noise.
Pros:

Having a handheld showerhead in the bathroom was very convenient, and the breakfast, although it required an additional charge, was quite good.
Most importantly, I would especially like to compliment the staff. Everyone I interacted with, both at breakfast and at the front desk, was extremely kind, friendly, and professional. English is not my first language, and I may not always express myself perfectly, but not once did I feel that any staff member was impatient with me. Everyone treated me with kindness and respect.
I can honestly say that the service and attitude of the staff were among the best I have experienced. As a foreign visitor, I never felt unwelcome or excluded. Instead, I felt that the staff were understanding and considerate, which made me feel much more comfortable and relaxed. I truly appreciated that.
The staff did an exceptional job, and I sincerely want to thank all of them.

Cons:

Poor attention to the cleanliness of the room and bath room. The terrible noise.
