Had an US wide outage, checkin was a nightmare. Lovely hotel and great location.
They have a lot of sitting space and the self-service food area was stocked also you can ordered whatever you like and it was delivered
My room smelled like smoke and the hallway but I did book last minute so I just went and got freshener and cleanser for my room but beside that Bed pillows were comfortable temperature excellent their staff walk the hallways ask if you needed anything please let them know ASAP. The Hotel is also renovated and it shows well done Hilton north Greenpoint.

The staff at this location always give their best. I am greeted, followed up on and genuinely cared about. The breakfast staff are exceptional. The service they provide and the friendliness is best in class. I always look forward to going down and eating.
Same with the restaurant and bar service. Always a warm greeting, a quick refill, and fast service of great food. The front desk crew are amazing in their helpfulness and hospitality. Clinton even brought me a book from his home when I had finished mine and was searching for another one. The staff make this hotel feel like a family outing.

April at the front desk was exceptional and very sweet! I had a little bit of an issue with one of my bookings and she fixed it immediately! Really led to a positive hotel experience. Five out of five stars.
My experience with the Hotel was bad. No A/c switch my room 3 times. The food and my guy Michael with the shuttle was great!!! That motion a/c and hot water heater is terrible.
