The room had a chemical smell, not overpowering but noticeable. The room overall cleanliness and comfort was in great standing. would revisit for the future
I called the Marriott directly at 4 PM to let them know I was doing a late check-in. I also followed up with an email to the property at the same time letting them know we would be checking them around 9 PM. It was the Fourth of July and we were busy with family. We checked in at 9:15 and they had sold out the entire hotel and they gave away our room. No Manager was on duty and the front desk woman has no caring, compassion or concern. She was actually overwhelmed with calls, people approached locked out of their rooms and she had NO KEYS to give anyone. While I was dealing with our check in drama, there was also a lady who had come called and stopped by 3 times requesting towels and still had not received them. THE MANAGEMENT IS NOT ON THE BALL. Major fails

It’s OLD completely run down hotel property! The room smell is something awful. I woke up each morning with a pounding headache from the mold. Gym completely rundown!!
My room was super hot they need to fix the central units all on the 19th floor .... that made our stay horrible
Very nice with great location and facilities. It was clean and well lit. The pools were clean as was the hot tub. Day staff were very helpful and friendly.
SHORT TOILETS!! Come on folks, I am 5'5" & I felt my knees were at my chin. I'm a female so did not like that at all & felt sorry for the men who had a long way down, especially if they were tall.
The check in night lady forgot to tell us that the elevator wouldn't open unless you used your key & since I was on the wrong side, I didn't know that until another guest got in & told us. That would have been helpful information. She wasn't very friendly in my book, but the day people way made up for her. Not knowing I had to be on the left side inside the elevator and use my key!!
The beds were comfortable and the staff were friendly.
The parking lot was ridiculously packed and they had a whole section blocked off. I had to call the front desk and they had someone open up the blocked off side of the parking. The hotel is very dated and there were rips in the carpet and the floor boards were tore up. Our room had ripped carpet, stained bathtub and chairs, and both sinks leaked all over the place when you turned them on. Good thing we only stayed one night because I did not feel comfortable even stepping in the shower with the dirty bathtub. The main reason we booked this hotel was for the hot tub so we could relax on our trip. Upon arrival the hot tub was broken. Overall very disappointed with the entire experience.

we have stayed at this same hotel yearly for over five years to celebrate anniversary event, this year the changes were disappointing, the cleanliness of the pool was lacking, garbage receptacles full throughout the facility , they had a open garbage can at the pool for overflow, the hot tub/jacuzzi at pool was not working, the bar outside at the pool was and has been closed for a while and dirty, the outdoor tv was not working when asked informed could not find remote so left off. the men's restroom was with out toilet paper and dirty had to ask twice , when complaints were made basically looked upon as a annoyance then a customer or guest. the fridge in our room barely kept drinks cool, this year we had to pay for wifi and for parking when in previous years did not. The decline in the hotel is obvious, poor maintenance, cleanliness issues and general apathy of customer service, my wife and I have decided not to return to hotel again despite our anniversary and will travel to non Marriott facility

Front desk clerk wasn’t welcoming. She was an older female that wears black glasses.
The hotel was beautiful and located in a great area
When checking in, there was only 1 person checking 20 people in. We waited in line for 20 minutes
