Only Location is Good
Pros:

Staff is polite, helpful, responsive to your requirement.

Cons:

The room on the 7 th floor alloted to us is towards railway track side, which had absolutely no ventilation.
Toilet, didn't have exhaust or ventilation.
No door for bathroom.
No kettle for morning tea, no tea bags, etc.

Cons:

We weren't provided with a crib, which was previously confirmed by the hotel. Three people stayed up all night because there wasn't enough room for three. They promised a 50% discount on the room, but instead, they only gave us a 71 euro discount on checkout.
The towels were dirty.

Pros:

Die Lage ist gut, zentral und mit den Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel kann man alles erreichen.

Cons:

Das Frühstück soll bis 10 Uhr gehen, ab 09:30 wird weggeräumt. Dementsprechend, früher dort sein. Leider ist die Sauberkeit nicht immer ideal. Genauso ist der Telefonempfang oder auch das Internet eine mittlere Katastrophe.

Not value for money, look elsewhere

Conveniently located near the station and supermarket

Cons:

Dirty curtains, surfaces in room and stained bedsheet. WiFi was useless in this property although we were only on the 4th floor. The staff were not welcoming. One lady was attending to a guy checking in, and the other 2 saw us arrive but did not stop talking to welcome us. We arrived 30 mins earlier than check-in and I was told to scan the QR code myself and input all details myself for check-in. Never had to do this in a so-called 4 star hotel. The room cleaning service was definitely a disappointment.

Spermaflecken im Bett. Die Kaffee- und Müslimilch bestand aus ein paar Tropfen Milch Rest Wasser. Die Minibrötchen mit den stumpfen Messern aufzuschneiden war fast nicht möglich. Wenn ja, war der ganze Tisch übersät mit Bröseln und in der Hand hatte man ein total zerfleddertes Reststück des Brötchens.Der Kühlschrank war warm.

Disappointed!!!
Cons:

Wasn’t aware that shower is open, so was very uncomfortable for parents. Staff weren’t friendly either and did not provide us with tea bags or kaffe Sahne when asked. The cleaning staff did not clean the room properly. Location is the only good thing, rest it’s not worth the price and not a 4 star for sure.

Pros:

The room was nice and very clean. What could be trully recommended is breakfast with a great mountain view on 15th floor. It was good and tasty.
As the city is no very big, you can get to the Altstadt in just in 15min by bus.

Cons:

We didn't like that the bathroom has no door, and it's actually in the same room as the bed. NO privacy at all while having a shower.
One towel was dirty. Looks like it was not changed after the previous guests.
Room was small but it's okay for one time stay.

Cons:

부킹닷컴을 통해 총 4인, 객실 2개를 예약했습니다. 그러나 호텔 측에서는 객실 1개만 예약된 것으로 확인된다며, 체크인하는 데 30분 이상이 걸렸습니다.
Guest Mobility Card도 이메일로 발송했다고 안내받았지만, 미덥지 않아 인쇄해 달라고 요청했습니다. 예상대로 이메일은 끝내 도착하지 않았습니다.
처음 체크인을 요청하자 직원이 온라인 체크인을 권했습니다. 하지만 실제로 진행해 보니 생년월일을 정확히 입력해도 다른 입력란을 한 번 선택하지 않으면 잘못된 값이라는 오류가 발생해 다음 단계로 넘어갈 수 없었습니다. 온라인 체크인 시스템도 이용하기 불편했습니다.
2박 동안 타월을 교체해 주지 않아 프런트에 문의했더니 필요한 만큼 요청하면 직접 가져가는 시스템인 것 같습니다. 객실 청소도 침구를 정리하는 정도에 그쳤습니다.
예약한 객실 중 한 곳에는 미니바에 생수가 비치되어 있었지만, 다른 객실에는 없었습니다. 객실마다 제공 상태가 제각각이었으며, 비치된 생수를 다 마신 뒤에도 추가로 채워주지 않았습니다. 이미 호텔에 대한 기대가 크게 낮아진 상태라 별도로 요청하지도 않았습니다.
무엇보다 최악이었던 점은 부킹닷컴을 통해 객실 2개를 한 번에 예약했음에도 두 객실을 서로 다른 층에 배정했다는 것입니다. 가족 4명이 이용하는 예약이었는데도 객실 배정에 대한 배려가 전혀 없었습니다. 이 문제를 포함해 불편을 겪은 과정에서 제대로 된 사과 한마디도 듣지 못했습니다.
전반적으로 서비스와 객실 관리가 일관되지 않았으며, 투숙객을 배려한다는 느낌을 받기 어려웠습니다. 다시 이용할 가치는 없다고 생각합니다.
