Excellent, comfortable stay in a perfect location
Pros:

The hotel was very clean, comfortable and well maintained. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The location is excellent, right next to Salzburg Central Station, yet the rooms were extremely quiet thanks to the excellent soundproofing as we did not hear any noise from the trains at all.
The staff were friendly and professional, both at reception and at breakfast. The breakfast staff in particular were very polite and welcoming, and the breakfast itself was very good.
Overall, we had a very comfortable stay and experienced no problems.

Cons:

The only thing we missed as a family was having connecting rooms. The hotel kindly arranged two rooms next to each other for us, which we really appreciated, but having connecting rooms would make the hotel even more convenient for families with children.

Hotel zufriedenstellend, gibt noch für ein 4 Stern Hotel Luft nach oben
Pros:

Frühstück war ordentlich, man fand immer etwas, obwohl die Eierspeis bereits kürz nach 7 Uhr (Beginn des Frühstückes) schon kalt war. Das Hotel liegt gleich neben dem Hauptbahnhofes.

Cons:

Für ein 4 Stern Hotel sind die Zimmer zu klein und zu sporadisch eingerichtet. Vielleicht sollte man auch die Einfahrt zur Garage überdenken, da man anläuten muss und es nicht selten war, das man 2 bis 3 mal läuten musste. Beim Check-In, verstand man nicht, dass einige Personen sofort ein Zimmer erhalten haben und einige warten mussten (Hotel war sicher nicht komplett ausgebucht)

Séjour gâché
Pros:

L'hôtel en lui-même était bien, la chambre était spacieuse et propre.

Cons:

Mon expérience a été gâchée par le manque total de professionnalisme du service après mon départ.
Après mon check-out, j'ai oublié une robe dans la chambre. Lors du nettoyage, le personnel l'a forcément retrouvée, mais personne ne m'a contactée pour m'en informer ou me proposer une solution afin que je puisse la récupérer.
C'est uniquement parce que je me suis moi-même rendu compte de cet oubli que j'ai contacté l'hôtel par e-mail. Malgré plusieurs messages, je n'ai jamais eu de retour concernant ma robe.
C'est vraiment regrettable, car un simple appel ou un e-mail aurait suffi. Un hôtel de cette catégorie devrait faire preuve d'un minimum de sérieux dans la gestion des objets oubliés et dans le suivi de ses clients.

Pros:

Café da manhã bom. Vista muito bonita para a cidade.Estacionamento dá direto no elevador do hotel.

Cons:

Limpeza deixou a desejas. Cortina e armário embaixo Tv sujo, cortina rasgada, corredores sujos, paredes sujas( escorridas de líquido). Restaurante no 14 andar chão bem sujo, especialmente corredor que vai para o banheiro.
Ar condicionado não resfriou o suficiente. Também não gostamos dos travesseiros.

I would come back but would advise the hotel to change the check-in experience
Pros:

The room was clean, well designed and the mattress was comfortable. The air conditioning unit was powerful, customizable and easily understood.

Cons:

The hotel requires guests to complete check-in using their own mobile phone. When I arrived, I did not yet have a local SIM card, and my phone battery had been drained during my travels. As a result, I was unable to complete the process.
Rather than offering a practical alternative, I felt that the front desk clerk placed the responsibility on me for being unable to use a system that the hotel itself had chosen to implement. Requiring guests to rely on their own devices for check-in is an unconventional approach, and hotels should be prepared to accommodate travelers who may not have immediate access to mobile service or a charged phone after a long journey. A more flexible check-in process would greatly improve the guest experience.
The WiFi connection was inconsistent in room 611.
