Love this place
Pros:

Everything. We love staying on this end of the island and the proximity to everything. Love that the bicycle rental place is on site.

Overall my wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Jekyll island we usually come twice a year.
Pros:

The breakfast was good, and the location of the dining room area was great and I loved the out side view.

Cons:

The internet service was not good , even after I use the hotel password I still couldn't get any service for my phone.

Location to the ocean and amenities

Cons:

My friend fell, she tripped outside and the front desk was rude to me when I turned in paperwork to the staff regarding the fall. It was a simple accident. She was taken to the hospital to be checked. Please make repairs to fall hazards.

We stayed for one hour, and checked out immediately.
Cons:

There was a bug infestation on the outside and inside out the room. We had to be killing bugs once we entered the room, so my family and I decided that we had to leave. We asked for a refund but we were told to call Booking.com for that.

Good stay, could improve
Pros:

Great location with direct access to the beach. Room was spacious, with a good sound isolation from other rooms. Breakfast was OK.

Cons:

Room was serviced at 5:30PM.. not a good time.
Room was cooled by a noisy, pre-historic HVAC that blew cold air directly to the bed (I ended up with a cold)
Furniture in the swimming pool areas need a strong refresh.
Only a few towels are available in the pools
