Stayed several times wgile visiting the USA
Pros:

Enjoyed it here for the price had every you need. The gym was good also.

Cons:

Missed a pool, only one treadmill worked in the gym and the so called breakfast included was just ceral bars tea and coffee so to advertise free bteakfast is decieving.

They need to do a better job cleaning.
Cons:

The sheets and room were dirty. When we asked for new sheets the front desk person lied to us and said they didn’t have any. After we showed them pictures they gave us new sheets

Great stay
Pros:

Fantastic stay we booked several stays while visiting the USA for our 5 week holiday.
Would stay again.
There is a nice bistro/Club venue across the car park plays Rnb soul music shows the basketball games and football does great cocktails.

Cons:

Only one treadmill worked in the gym but thats just being picky.

Great place to stay for the price.
Pros:

We love this place the rooms are modern and clean love being able to use the gym. Location is good and plenty of food places to go nearby. Nice venue place across from the hotel.

Cons:

The girl with the braids on reception is rude and not good with customer service , however the other staff are amazing.
The machine in reception needs to provide cold water for guests.
The water in the gym needs changing as it is warm and slimey.

Cons:

the tv apps dont ever work or the wifi so ur stuck paying for a smart tv room and cant even use the tv in the way u thought u would be able too only certain regular cable channels work
