10/10 Excellent stay!
Pros:

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore Washington, D.C. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. Everything was well maintained and exceeded our expectations.

The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The breakfast was very good, especially by Washington standards, with plenty of options to start the day.

The atmosphere throughout the hotel was welcoming, and the entire stay was smooth and enjoyable from check-in to check-out.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Washington and would gladly stay here again in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Hôtel sympa, emplacement parfait pour visiter DC
Pros:

Petit déjeuner très bon, chambre très spacieuse et confortable. Emplacement idéal pour visiter DC.

Cons:

Pas grand chose, l'hôtel a peu de charme et mériterait un petit coup de jeune mais rien de dramatique.

The front desk girl (only the 1) and the bartender named Z

Cons:

Furniture was ripped in the room, robe belt loop was missing on one side, and the covering on the table was peeling. There is no real parking, it's mandatory valet at $75. I seen a guy wait over 20 mind and had to approach the front desk twice about his car. Finally I was over charged from what Booking.com stated, had to call in twice and still haven't received my $62 refund. Breakfast was MEH at best with very limited choices. The only good thing about this place was the staff.

Pros:

Good location, close to White House, 15 minutes on foot. Good breakfast.

Cons:

I did not receive an invoice. Manager claimed that I should receive it from booking.com what is not true. I tried to talk with the hotel but now they are not aswer my questions. If you are traveling on business and you need an invoice for your company after return, do not choose this hotel.

Pros:

Rooms were spacious, and staff was very friendly and helpful. Also breakfast was good.

Cons:

Walls are very thin, you could hear water flushing in the adjacent room. When we complained about the noise we were informed that this is the situation in all rooms as the hotel is a historical building. They provide paper cups in the room for coffee, which is something that I find not appropriate for such a hotel.
Also, they didn't clean one of the rooms during our stay, which was very annoying. When we came to the hotel and found this, they said that cleaning staff had already left and they cannot clean the room.
