Location. Clean

Cons:

Room wasn’t ready at 5pm. Had to use key card to work elevator and half the time it didn’t work! No luggage carts and I was supposed to get a free breakfast voucher but never received. Staff tried their best but whoever is running the place cares more about appearance than service.

For convenience it can't be beat and it has the feel of a boutique hotel in NY or Chicago.
Pros:

Great location in downtown and staff exceptional. Valet parking excellent. Just as good as it was for years.

Upon arrival, after 4:00pm, the room was unavailable. While I was offered a free drink, the place was extremely noisy; they had a water issue and throughout the stay there were extremely loud fans running 24/Al 7.

Will definitely return for another stay.
Pros:

Very pleasant stay. Location was perfectly centered in the middle of everywhere we wanted to be. Bar and restaurants were very accessible by foot. Lounge area in lobby restaurant was also quite nice.

Cons:

Room seemed a little tighter in space than expected and the view out the window was a little lackluster. Really only things I can force myself to think of.

La ubicación muy buena para nosotros porque fuimos por una noche por un partido de NBA y el estadio estaba a pasos del hotel. Y el precio por esa ubicación nos pareció excelente. Y la cama super cómoda. El bar abajo y desayuno también muy bueno.

Would stay again but ask for a quieter room.

Great location the bar and food was ok. Staff were keen to please.

Cons:

24hr whirring noise in the bedroom, seemed to be outside window, didn't seem to be related to the air con, specifically difficult to sleep with jet lag.
