Cons:

No breakfast
No hot water. I would start the hot water running as soon as I entered the room, then maybe by the time I got ready to shower, I might only have to wait another few minutes for hot water.

Pros:

The location and the shuttle service available.

Cons:

the only issue I had was the bathroom, did not have shampoo only conditioner. Also, for the price of the room I would think that the Lodge could afford to put toilets in that are not so low, or at least a grab bar. I realize handicap rooms do have the higher toilets, but they are not always available.

Perfect for what we needed, a one night stay with three grandkids near the airport.
Pros:

Didn't know there was any.

Cons:

Minor odor. Age of fixtures and finishes. Temperature was hard to regulate.

Worth staying here, great value, great shuttle to Airport.
Pros:

They upgraded the Wi-Fi = yeah. Close to the airport and away from downtown congestion. Real Parking. a few places to eat within walking distance as well.

Great location, bed and staff but poor shower facility.

Great comfy bed. Friendly staff and close to the airport.

Cons:

The shower was awful. Had to rotate shower/water handle complete rotations at least 6 times to get a minimal amount of water and luke cool temperature. Extremely disappointing after a long travel day.

Pros:

Horrible. Manager is racist and judgemental of people with disabilities. Does not accept I am disabled and need service dog. Insults guests in Spanish assuming they don’t understand Spanish.

The Travel Lodge in Juneau Alaska is a favorite! We go there every time.
Pros:

We love this hotel and the location close to the airport that offers a shuttle even at midnight! They are so friendly and make us feel comfortable.

Cons:

We like everything here. The only thing missing is the restaurant that closed. It would be nice for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
