Air condition not working
Pros:

The location of this hotel is excellent—just a short walk from Brussels Central Station and Grand Place, making it very convenient for sightseeing.

Unfortunately, our stay was affected by a major issue: the air conditioning in our room was not working. We reported it, but were informed that no technician was available to fix it. We also requested a room change, but were told that no alternative rooms were available.

While the staff were polite and brought us fans, I would think a functioning air-conditioning system is a basic expectation, especially during warmer weather. For a hotel of this standard, I would have expected a more satisfactory response to the situation.

Great location, but the handling of this issue left much to be desired.

Pokój dla 2 doroslych i 2 nastolatków odpowiedniej wielkości. Bardzo dobrym pomysłem są 2 łóżka dostawki dla dzieciaków a nie jedna sofa. Bardxo duży plus! Bardzo dobre śniadania. Położenie hotelu w samym centrum.

The hotel is awesome.
Pros:

Very close to everything, so it is the best location. Staff was very kind and helpful. It was very clean and nice. The lounge was nice as well.

Cons:

There was only public wifi.

Excelente hotel a poucos passos da Grand Place
Pros:

A localização é imbatível, a 150 m da estação central de trem, do lado da Grand Place, a principal atração turística da cidade. Você encontra tudo que precisar em distância à pé, a começar por um supermercado ao lado. Instalações modernas, decoração de bom gosto, o quarto triplo tem uma cama de casal grande e um sofá que funciona como segunda cama, mas o espaço poderia ser um pouco maior para três pessoas. Janelas grandes permitem bastante luz natural sem o barulho do movimento lá fora. O banheiro tem bom tamanho, com banheira e box com excelente chuveiro. Roupa de cama e banho limpa e de boa qualidade. Bom restaurante com preços abordáveis. O café da manhã é excelente mas é caro, acima de 25 euros por pessoa por dia. É fácil encontrar alternativas ao lado e em frente ao próprio hotel.

Cons:

O espaço do quarto triplo é o mesmo do quarto duplo e poderia ser um pouco maior.

Cons:

Le fait de ne pas pouvoir régler la climatisation en chambre était un point négatif. Il y faisait très chaud et difficile de dormir .
