Dirty damaged room and rude staff. Find another place.

It was very close to the train station and a lot of tourists attractions.

Cons:

The room was dirty-hairs on the floors and bed. There was damage to the walls, missing paint, holes in the curtains, the light in the bathroom lighted mirror didn’t work, and neither did the outlets. The restaurant served us the wrong food and drinks, but because it took almost an hour to get them after ordering we just dealt with it; which was annoying to pay 65€ for the wrong food! The front desk staff was very rude when I called in the morning. We stayed at 3 other Novotels during our European vacation and although this one was the most expensive, it was the worst. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Ubicación perfecta en Bruselas
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel sin duda alguna lo mejor, en pleno centro a 2' de la Grand Place y a 4' de la Station Central. Se agradece llegar rápido, primero porque estas cansado, y segundo porque el ambiente alrededor del centro no es del todo seguro. El desayuno correcto: fruta, zumos, mermelada, pan, fiambre, quesos, huevos, salchichas, y una gofrera que es lo que más le gusto a mi hija.
Quiero resaltar la amabilidad de todo el personal del hotel tanto los distintos/as recepcionistas, como las chicas de la limpieza, y de servicio de desayuno.
Por dar un dato a aquellos que quieran visitar la zona, Bruselas (Grand Place, barrio europeo, Átomo) poco más, no me acabé de sentir segura en esta ciudad, sin duda disfrutar más de Brujas, Gante y Malinas.

Cons:

La puerta de la ducha no cerraba bien y se salía el agua, lo solucionamos poniendo varias toallas en el suelo. La cama y la almohada era la primera blanda y la segunda alta, pero esto es una cuestión muy personal.

-Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Cons:

- Frühstück ist so lalala für den Preis - ganz ok,aber dass man an der einzigen Waffelmaschine 10 Minuten anstehen muss für eine Waffel ist gelinde gesagt eine Zumutung. Die unteifen Ananas könnte man sich auch sparen. Im Hotel schwirren auch zu viele Fliegen herum, was mich aber nicht überrascht, da Brüssel eine dreckige Stadt ist

Brüksel’de görülmesi gereken yerleri görürken kullanılabilecek mükemmel lokasyında konaklama.
Pros:

Özellikle tesisin konumu mükemmel. Neredeyse hiç toplu taşıma, taksi ya da Uber kullanmadan Brüksel’in görülmesi gereken yerlerini görebiliyorsunuz. Atomium gibi 8-9 km uzaktaki noktalara da toplu taşıma araçlarıyla, çok düşük maliyetlerle ulaşılabiliyor. Özellikle Brüksel Central tren istasyonuna 2 dakika mesafede olması havaalanlarının ikisine de giden trenleri çok kolay kullanmanızı sağlıyor. Bruge Gant gibi kentlere de trenle çok kolay ulaşılabiliyor.
Banyodan ayrı olan tuvaletleri bazı yorumlarda küçük bulduğunu yazan ziyaretçiler gördüm. Eğer 210 cm ve 140 kg değilseniz tuvaletler işlevini yerine getirebiliyor.
Temizlik ve düzeni de çok lüks aramıyorsanız gayet yeterli.

Esta é um hotel razoável com ótima localização
Pros:

A localização é o ponto forte, perto de pontos turísticos, bares e restaurantes. Muito perto da estação central de Bruxelas, o que permite deslocamento a pé. As instalações são razoáveis, o hotel tem um café da manhã variado e um bom custo benefício.

Cons:

O nosso quarto estava no primeiro andar e era um pouco barulhento.
