Pros:

Местоположението на хотела беше много удобно, директна връзка до гарата и на пешеходно разстояние от всички забележителности. Хотелът имаше нужните удобства.

Имаше само два асансьора, от които единият често беше развален и се чакаше много.

Decisamente consigliato!
Pros:

Posizione eccellente in pieno centro a due passi dalla Grand Place e dalla stazione dei treni; personale gentile e competente, soprattutto le due operatrici italiane sempre cordiali e disponibili; camera confortevole e letti davvero comodi; calcio balilla nella hall apprezzatissimo dai ragazzini e non solo.

Cons:

Mancanza di macchinetta del caffè in stanza nonostante fosse indicata tra i servizi disponibili in fase di prenotazione.

Muhteşem konum.
Pros:

Tesisin yeri muhteşem. Grand palace nin bir üst sokağı. Brüksel merkez istasyonun hemen dibinde. Bir üst sokağında market var. Tesiste içme suyu için arıtıcı var. Otel tek kelimeyle harika.

Cons:

Tek eksik noktası kaldığımız odada tuvalette el yıkama lavabosu yoktu. Onun dışında her şey mükemmeldi.
