Good but not great
Pros:

The breakfast is a great value; check-in was easy and quick; the exercise room was well equipped

Cons:

The evening reception was disappointing. The drinks were nice but the snacks were sub=par (including sliced cukes that were actually rotting).

Wouldn’t do it again

The staff up front were nice

Cons:

The room definitely wasn’t clean there were smears on the walls, crumbs, and even a broken glass shard on the floor. The shower floor was brown. The bed and the pillows were extremely uncomfortable. I booked a room with a “pool view” but the only way I was viewing the pool was going out on the balcony and leaning all the way over to see it in the distance. Oh and TVs aren’t connected to WiFi so you only get like 30 cable channels.

We will not be back!!!! Close & Remodel!
Pros:

The only good thing about this property was the location from the event my family and I attended and the staff. The staff was exceptional and didn't match the poor conditions of the property. Oh the breakfast made up for the sleepless night for sure!

Cons:

THIS RUN DOWN PROPERTY SHOULD NOT CARRY THE NAME OF A HILTON!!!! It's not just old but it's rundown and unkept. If we didn't prepay or needed to stay longer than a day we would have immediately relocated to a better Hilton or another brand of hotels.
- Rusty Shower & Tub
- Dirt/Ring stains in the tub
- Leaky tub faucet (water ran all night)
- Hard spring bed
- Stained sheets
- Dirty carpet
- Shower gel, hand soap, lotion smells like bug spray!!! Hilton is known for its great complimentary toiletries.
- Old crunchy pullout mattress blanket

Jason was fabulous. Everyone on staff was very nice, friendly, and helpful.
Pros:

Very pretty and well kept

Cons:

It was pretty confusing finding parking and then the room. The ice machine didn’t work. A light in the living room was always on…no visible way to turn it off.

Great for a quick business trip
Pros:

- breakfast (there was even non dairy milk for coffee)
- rooms were big and spacious (had a coffee machine, mini fridge and a microwave)
- the bed was comfortable and clean
- rooms were quite
- Gym was adequate
- double lock on the room main door

Cons:

- carpet could have been cleaner and corners of the room, light switches etc
- Gym could have had a little more equipment
- not much around the hotel

It was excellent. I really enjoyed my time there.
Pros:

The breakfast is fabulous and also free! Many choices and everything is fresh and delicious. It's the best free breakfast I've had anywhere in world. There's also an outdoor patio where I enjoyed eating and birdwatching.
In my room everything was clean, comfortable, and functional. I loved having the two rooms ~ a living room area and a bedroom. The gardens between the buildings were shaded by large jacaranda trees that were flowering during my visit. The pool, hot tub, and gym are clean and easy to use. The staff is super helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The air in my room seemed a little bit stale but the window opens so fresh air can come in.

Simply the best
Pros:

By far the best hotel we’ve stayed in during our trip around the USA so far, in terms of quality of accommodation and facilities, genuinely warm welcome, complimentary items and convenience at the time of checkout. Breakfast was fantastic, and value for money simply unbeatable. Will recommend without hesitation. Thank you!

Cons:

made a reservation here to celebrate our anniversary and arrived for happy hour around 5:30 PM on 3/27/26. Unfortunately, it was far from a “happy” experience.
The bartender, Lacey, was very unwelcoming from the start. Her tone and mannerisms toward us felt rude and dismissive, which made us uncomfortable. What stood out even more was that she appeared warm and friendly with other guests at the bar, while we were treated very differently.
As the only guests of our ethnicity at the bar, the contrast in how we were treated made us feel singled out and unwelcome. Because of this, we chose to leave after about 10 minutes instead of staying to celebrate our special occasion.
We were really looking forward to enjoying our anniversary here, so this experience was disappointing.
