Our carpet rm 391 had stains on the rug as you enter. Plus the restroom had a leaking bath faucet and my wife said she smelled mold in restroom. You may want to verify

This hotel was a delightful stopping place for our family. Would absolutely go here again!
Pros:

Breakfast was high quality. Room was great. The pool was fantastic too. The location was super helpful for us as well.

Cons:

The heat ;) But, the hotel can't do anything about that. 115 degrees outside is so hot!

el hotel esta muy bien ubicado
la habitacion muy buen tamaño, limpieza, me gusto mucho que nos hicieron limpieza del cuarto, aunque se me olvido solicitarlo, muy buen desayuno

Cons:

lo unico que no me gusto es que en el comedor las sillas estan ya mus descuidadas, hace falta renovar o arreglarlas

Usually, this Embassy Suites is our favorite. I don’t know what happened but it was very challenging this time around.
Pros:

The room was clean

Cons:

Front desk lady was very rude. I did report her. The room didn’t have enough towels for the reported number of family members. Directions to the room was vague. Building not numbered. It was over 100 degrees and taking our luggage to the room was difficult. They also closed breakfast early so we went to our hospital appointment hungry. It’s one of the reasons we stay here.
