Cons:

Полный кошмар. Зарядная станция для электромобилей - не работает. Номер - крайне скромных размеров, сантехника плохо работает, завтрак - крайне посредственный. Неожиданно плохо для прекрасной Турции.

We would like to thank you for the wonderful stay we had at your hotel.
Our Junior Suite was excellent, very comfortable and made our stay in Istanbul even more enjoyable. The breakfast was exceptional, with a great selection and everything was delicious.
We would especially like to thank the reception staff. Everyone was extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. You made us feel very welcome.
We came to Istanbul for our 10th wedding anniversary, so this trip was very special for us, and we are very happy that we chose your hotel.
We had a wonderful experience and we will definitely stay with you again when we return to Istanbul.

It’s a expensive but good experience
Pros:

The staff are very nice and helpful and the location is perfect because it has easy access to metro ,train and bus.
The room is clean and the breakfast is good

Cons:

Due to construction infront of the hotel,the room was noisy but the staff we helpfully and changed the room for us . Also its expensive

Kamer was zeer ruim en erg comfortabel en de persoonlijke aandacht van alle personeel was zeker een pluspunt. Ontbijt was ook zeer ruim uitgebreid. Voor mijn volgende bezoek aan Istanbul is dit mijn vaste hotel

Pros:

Bel hôtel parfaitement rénové, confortable. Décoration classique mais avantageuse. Les chambres sont grandes. Tout paraît récent. Ou alors parfaitement entretenu. Très bonne literie. Le personnel est au top. La piscine est faite pour les nageurs et le fitness est complet. Le rapport qualité prix est très concurrentiel.

Cons:

Nous avons été relativement déçus par le petit-déjeuner qui manque à notre goût de caractère et offre des produits un peu décevants dans une salle plutôt triste. Donc peut mieux faire dans ce domaine.

It was a good stay overall.
Pros:

The location was fine, and it was close to the part of the city that you want to go to, especially if you have a car. The alley had a lot of construction going on, which made the commute with the car a little bit difficult, but the parking valet was very helpful. We stayed in the Junior Suite which was nice and large, and we asked for two additional single beds, which were provided for us for free because we had booked it for four people initially.

Cons:

The breakfast did not meet the expectations at all. Neither in veriety, nor freshness or quality. The towels are too worn out sometimes. The water in the shower would come out of shower if you let the water run for more than a few minutes, so we had to constantly open and close it in between.
