Fabulous staff that just could not help enough

Best Santa Monica Visit.
Pros:

One of the best place to stay if you want to enjoy Santa Monica beaches. Beautiful view. 6th floor has amazing view. People are so courteous and amazing service. Would love to. One back n stay here. Free bike rides for 4hrs.

Great stay at The Viceroy
Pros:

The room, service and the decor of the hotel was excellent. The staff at reception were accommodating with an issue I had with my card and split the stay so we could keep the room. I would also like to give special thanks to the Valet employee Andy and the Bellman, Luis who were exceptional in their service.

Wonderful Hotel
Pros:

Been to this hotel several times. Each time, the Manager, John, has been absolutely wonderful. He is extremely attentive, accomodating, helpful and just a breathe of fresh air. The hotel is very nice and a safe, excellent location. The beds are super comfy and the showers and bathrooms are great. I will continue staying at this hotel and highly recommend it as it is also a 3 minute walk across the street to the beach.

Santa Monica’s Best
Pros:

The Viceroy SM is a fantastic unique hotel to stay if you want to be at a beach centric location while in SM. We chose this hotel because it is part of our credit card benefits, and we were glad that even though we arrived late during our check-in, they honored most if not all of the benefits associated with our credit card. The breakfast had great options, fresh, sweet, and plenty of lovely breakfast beverages. The hotel is a quick 1 block walk to the beach and 10 min walk from the SM Pier. The room was nice and clean with a view overlooking an urban part of Santa Monica. The pool area while small, is cute and quiet and had plenty of options to sit. We did have some issues with the daily food and beverage credit in addition to the free breakfast associated w our CC, but management swiftly took care of it and we were grateful for their top-notch customer service. We will be back :) great hotel

A Perfect Graduation Weekend at the Viceroy Santa Monica
Pros:

I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about the Viceroy Santa Monica. This was not only one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had, but also the location of my USC Marshall graduation celebration, and the entire team made the experience unforgettable for both me and my family.

From the moment we arrived, Hannah and her team at the front desk were incredible. She made check-in seamless and took care of every detail to ensure my family felt welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay. The valet team was equally amazing, Hiroshi and Edgar were fast, communicative, professional, and genuinely kind. Whether helping load cars or coordinating arrivals and departures for our family, they made everything feel effortless. BJ was also fantastic helping move bags between the cars and rooms.

What truly sets the Viceroy apart is that it doesn’t feel like a corporate hotel. It feels warm, stylish, and personal, almost like staying at a beautiful Malibu or Beverly Hills home. The decor and attention to detail throughout the property are stunning. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, the atmosphere around the hotel was perfect, spotless, and the fire pits by the pool made for such memorable late-night family quiet and intimate conversations

The food was outstanding at the Sugar Palm restaurant as well, please try the chicken pesto pasta. Absolutely amazing! Most importantly, the Viceroy team helped bring my graduation celebration to life by the pool, and my family is STILL talking about how beautiful everything was. The catering was phenomenal, the cabana and pool setup was perfect, and Ada and her team made the process incredibly easy from start to finish, even setting up microphones and speakers for speeches.

A huge thank you as well to Ryan Ting, who truly orchestrated this entire experience from day one. He even gave me a full tour while my mom joined on FaceTime, and from that moment on, he made the entire planning process feel effortless.

Location-wise, you are directly across from the beach and a short walk from the Santa Monica Pier, which made everything even better.

10/10 experience across the board. The value is unmatched from any hotel I've experienced in LA and I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Los Angeles or celebrating a special occasion.

Pros:

Location is fabulous. The rooms are adorable and comfortable. We did eat dinner at the restaurant and it was also a pleasant experience.
