On entend les écoulements d'eau des autres chambres et on entend les voisins par les ventilation
Tutto eccellente, miglior hotel a Lisbona
Ci è stato offerto un upgrade gratuito ad una meravigliosa ed enorme suite: siamo rimaste davvero molto colpite e ci teniamo a ringraziare ulteriormente lo staff. Letto enorme e comodissimo, colazione buona e ricca. L'hotel non si trova in zona centrale, ma per la nostra esigenza di un alloggio comodo per poter parcheggiare l'auto a noleggio e poter ripartire velocemente con l'auto la mattina seguente, era perfetto. Abbiamo parcheggiato gratuitamente proprio davanti l'ingresso dell'hotel.
Siamo rimaste sorprese nel dover pagare a parte la richiesta di due caffè espresso (4€) per la colazione. Cosa che non ci è capitata in nessuna altra struttura (anche perché il caffè disponibile nella colazione era imbevibile).
Inoltre alcuni camerieri della sala colazione non conoscevano l'inglese, quindi la comunicazione è stata difficoltosa.

Eu e minha esposa chegamos com uma recém-nascida para consulta no dia a seguir no Santa Maria. Chegamos ao hotel por volta das 18:30 e questionamos aonde seria mais rápida uma refeição ligeira. Indicaram na receção que seria o bar do hotel. Acontece que o bar do hotel demorou uma hora e meia para servir um hambúrguer e uma tosta de atum. Para além disso, o ambiente no bar do hotel foi péssimo! Três televisores apenas com canais de futebol, sendo o clássico entreMadrid e Barcelona com com elevado som! Nem parecia que se estava num hotel mas num café dee

As 8 e meia da manhã de sábado, no 11o piso, a equipa de limpeza fez tanto barulho a falar entre si sem respeito nenhum por quem estava hospedado nos quartos e queria descansar mais um pouco.
