Breakfast was nice,staff was friendly and honest they cleans our room and we found all our staff the way we left it
Our room didn't have hair dryer i have to run around asking for hairdry,plus the rooms are mostly dark especially those that are not facing the beach coz only small light and those sidebed lights
Location is perfect,my room was sea facing,and that was nice
The carpet has a smell,I looks like it was once wet behind the fridge is peeling off the floor.
The smell was not nice at all,it is also dirty,I walked bare footed and my feet were soo dirty.
During breakfast,I was not able to get some of the food I liked,was told that I should order before I reach the chef making some the choosen food,was also told a freyer was broken and were not able to make some muchroom

Everything was optional,food,hot water, delicious breakfast,friendly staff.Balmoral even helped me to find back the money that was taken by the Booking.com for cancellation.I will definitely coming back and recommend it to my friends and the entire world.Balmorsl management know how to do their work💯

1.No welcome water for drinking
2.Iron was not easy to get let alone ironing board
Everything about the hotel was amazing and the breakfast was top-class. We really enjoyed our stay. We will defibook again.
