Nice accommodations for the price, especially in Zurich
Pros:

Nicely appointed with coffee machine. Nice linens.very nice and accommodating staff with good communication

Cons:

Seemed like no AC, and open window allowed for street noise. Was not able to access web with tv, although that was a minor issue.

schoon, vriendelijk personeel

Cons:

Het was veel te heet in de kamer, en in mijn boekingsklasse geen airco. Raam openen op de drukke straat was geen optie. Daardoor 3 nachten slecht geslapen. Er was wel een ventilator die wat verlichting bracht, maar het was niet eens hoogzomer.

Es war toll - sehr zu empfehlen - wir würden es jederzeit wieder wählen !!
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr gut und ist via Auto oder auch öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sehr gut zu erreichen. Man ist schnell "Down Town" aber das Hotel selbst liegt in einer sehr guten Gegend. In der Nacht hat man Ruhe.
Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet und bieten alles was man braucht. Die Betten und die Bettwäsche waren toll.
Auch sonst hat das Hotel einen sehr guten Eindruck gemacht und das Personal vor Ort war ausnehmend freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Ich hatte vor der Anreise per Mail um eine Auskunft gebeten betreffend Parkingmöglichkeiten und keine Antwort erhalten. Danach habe ich angerufen und die Person wusse leider nicht Bescheid. Statt zu sagen ich weiss es nicht, finde es jedoch heraus oder mich zu verbinden, wurde mir gesagt: Reisen Sie doch an, parken vor dem Hotel und Fragen an der Rezeption.
Nun, inhaltlich korrekt, die sollten es wissen, nicht wahr? Aber an einem fremden Ort, im Hauptverkehr, vor einem Hotel parken ist immer so eine Sache. Als wir ankamen waren die Plätze bereits belegt. Da steht man dann, Autos hinter mir... in einer fremden Stadt und gleichzeitig war auch noch ein Festival in den Nebenstrassn. Ich habe dann auf dem Trottoir geparkt und die nette Dame an der Rezeption hat mir wirklich sofort helfen können.. Somit habe ich keine Busse erhalten :-).

Excellent Hotel & Staff
Pros:

The hotel location is its main attraction which is only 5 stops by tram to Central station where all types of transport to take you to other locations. The staff are absolutely friendly, Ivan who checked us in is very helpful. They also accomodate our request of late check-out. There is a grocery shop next to the hotel. The tram stop is very close to the hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean, what more can I ask😊

Nice, comfortable stay in a scenic part of Zurich
Pros:

I stayed here for one night and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel was exceptionally clean, the bed was very comfy, and the staff members were polite and welcoming. The hotel is located in a nice, scenic area up on the hill in the university quarter. While it is slightly far to walk to the main train station, public transport makes it easy, the tram stop is just steps away and takes you straight there. There's also a Coop supermarket right next door, which was very convenient. Overall, a great place for a short stay!

Cons:

It is slightly too far to walk comfortably from the main train station, especially since it is an uphill climb (Thankfully, the Tram 10 stop is right outside to save you the walk!).
