I love the location.

Cons:

I stayed for only one night, and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. There was no air conditioning in the room, and I only found out after checking out that guests have to specifically request an air-conditioned room at check-in. This was never communicated to me.

The room was extremely hot all night, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. Opening the window wasn’t a solution because the hotel is located on a main road, and the tram passed by every 15 minutes, creating constant noise throughout the night.

Overall, I had a very poor experience and did not get a restful night’s sleep. I wish this information had been made clear before or during check-in.

Location is good, nearest metro stop for town center is 1 minute walk, approx 10 minute journey or 25/30 minute walk. Staff are friendly and helpful, Was pleasantly surprised to see there was a balcony.

Het was die dag erg warm. In mijn kamer was het welgeteld 43 graden Celsius, ruim 10 graden warmer dan het buiten nog was. Ik heb geen oog dichtgedaan. Mijn kamer had geen airco, wat ook zo beschreven stond, dus prima. Ik mocht echter niet wisselen van kamer met airco, ook al was deze wel beschikbaar en wilde ik er extra voor betalen. Het personeel was zeer onvriendelijk en tot op de dag van vandaag hebben ze nog steeds geen oplossing geboden. Ze zouden dit ‘doorzetten naar management’ en ruim een maand later zijn we nog nergens.

Pros:

Confort et propreté de la chambre. Personnel accueillant et souriant. Chat whatsapp tres appréciable. Équipement de l'hôtel agréable. Aucun bruit lorsque les fenêtres sont fermées. Tres tres bien situé. Moderne et tres bien desservi en transports publics !!

Cons:

Il faisait tres tres chaud dans notre chambre (205), heureusement qu'il y avait le ventilateur. Pas de sacs poubelles dans les poubelles de la chambre, dommage surtout pour le personnel qui doit changer les poubelles.
Le buffet du petit-déjeuner etait tres bon mais nous avons du demander des reassorts (lait, jus, œufs, viennoiseries) les 2 jours (mardi 8h, mercredi 9h).
Les chocobons à 15.- au distributeur, really? Plus cher qu'un Spritz? Pas de balcon, dommage, il etait pourtant indiqué sur booking, meme si je comprends que ca ne soit pas garanti, il serait chouette de le préciser sur le site :)

Ok. Nothing special, particularly with many options out there.
Pros:

Beds were comfortable. Staff were somewhat helpful. Breakfast was ok.

Cons:

Room too hot and noisy if windows opened. Bathroom was laughably designed and way too small. No advance correspondence to hotel was replied to. Bedroom small but ok for a night or two.

Super kleine (bad)kamer, aan drukke straat, gebruik maken van onbeveiligd hotel parkeerplaats 25 euro voor 1 nacht.
