The staff was amazing and very knowledgeable and friendly. The hotel was clean and comfortable with a beautiful aesthetic providing a resort vibe. The hotel is close to malls and great food spots making the stay great for business and or leisure.
The rooms were nice, but I believe it would have been my number one hotel if the rooms were a little nicer to match the aesthetic and the hallways look older as well. I chose this hotel specifically for the heated pool, but it did not work.
I was here on a business trip and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. At the front desk, everyone went out of their way make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. Tatrane (I apologize if I am misspelling her name, I'm sure that I probably am) was exceptionally helpful and kind when I needed her assistance. A beautiful hotel where I'd be happy to stay again.

Kalia at the bar is awesome. She is attentive and always takes care of our team. We enjoy stopping by after a long day of work.
Dahlia’s at the Hilton Atlanta Northeast is a great spot, but Kalia takes the experience to the next level. Her cocktail recommendations were spot-on, the drinks were balanced perfectly, and her attention to detail didn't go unnoticed. She’s effortless at balancing great conversation with prompt, professional service. Highly recommend pulling up a seat at her bar!
The hotel is very nice with plenty of space.
The only thing negative that I can say about our stay here.. is that the pillows are not comfortable.

Great experience at this hotel - room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also good, the service provided by Alejandro and the rest of the team was amazing - so helpful and efficient. We enjoyed our stay.
My work week stay was phenomenal. Walking into the lobby was welcoming every time. The staff was friendly, never not smiling. My room and floor was clean. I even used the microwave on my floor and that was clean as well. I really enjoyed my stay and was sad it had to end. I’d love to go to back into that bed and sleep another week.

Additionally, Karen J., Mykel S., and Tatiana M. went above and beyond to insure our stay was without worry. Whether it was directions, restaurant or recreational recommendations or room accommodations, they were Five Star!
Nice clean facility, I was recognized for my Elite status and I had a gr8 stay. It smells nice all around inside and I liked how the towels smelled too. It was like a hazelnut smell.
