I wish we could have stayed longer.

It was perfect. Downtown.

Cons:

Everything was perfect but I asked to buy a robe when i was checking out and was told they sold the last one and I couldn’t buy one online. It was my sisters bday and wanted to give her that.

Pros:

This property has a great location in downtown San Antonio along the Riverwalk. We loved how we could walk to eat, to shop, and to have fun. The staff was exceptional and went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay. The rooms were very clean and the property was historical and very nice.

San Antonio Riverwalk Notel
Pros:

Great location on the Riverwalk, which is convenient to bars and restaurants. The food at both Omni La Mansion was good and reasonably priced. If you exit the hotel towards the Riverwalk, the Omni's sister property, the Mokara, is just across the Riverwalk, easily accessible via the small bridge. The La Mansion has a Spanish missionary feel, while the Mokara has a modern, more luxurious feel. You can make room charges at either hotel's bar or restaurant and charge them back to your room. The La Mansion, needs a small gift shop or coffee shop where you can pick up a snack or coffee without having to go into the main dining room.

I loved the location

Cons:

They property was good ,but housekeeping did not come and clean my room after a day of sightseeing and enjoying the leisure I come back to a dirty room. I was expecting to go lay down and take a nap in a clean room ,but it wasn’t the case shame on the hotel staff.

Decent, disappointed.
Pros:

How well kept it was.

Cons:

The rattling noise in the Ac unit that woke both me and my husband up at 3am,4:30am & 6am. It was loud and obnoxious. Kind of disappointed that we could also hear everything going on around us.

Wonderful weekend getaway!
Cons:

My husband and I came here for a much needed getaway. We spent almost the entire weekend relaxing by the pool. It was just perfect. This has always been our "go to" hotel when we have traveled to San Antonio these past 45 years of marriage. We look forward to our next trip!

The hotel is located in a great location on the Riverwalk.
Pros:

Location and I guess that is the reason for the high rate. The staff was helpful and friendly. Restaurant was nice.

Cons:

A shower door that swings in instead of out. The floor was always wet because of the door and it was difficult getting in and out due to the toilet being so close to the door. Also, the room had a strange odor.
