Prima hotel op centrale plek in Singapore!
Pros:

Het hotel ligt op een prachtige unieke plek!
Keurige housekeeping en lekker ontbijt.

Cons:

Weinig liftcapaciteit, veel drukte bij het ontbijt en het zwembad. Zwembad is iets verouderd.
Prijzen in restaurants erg hoog.

Complete disappointment, rude staff

The location

Cons:

Quite unfriendly staff, reluctant to hear and understand the gusts. Not prepared to sort out any issues resulting from their mistakes. I had some laundry which I was told that it was complimentary but later on they told me that it was a misunderstanding and I had to pay for it. They never acknowledged their mistake.
Room was hot throughout although air conditioner was working but it was not cooling to the required temperature.

Mooi hotel maar de upgrade die wij kregen naar een suite maakte het echt een geweldige ervaring!
Één van de meest uitgebreide ontbijtbuffetten ooit, met eten uit alle windstreken.

Cons:

De clubservice geeft alleen toegang tot een ruimte om te zitten/werken met koffie, thee en koekjes, zelfbediening. Mede daardoor waarschijnlijk wel heel rustig en met mooi uitzicht.

I will be back for my third visit in late September.
Pros:

Reception staff very friendly and helpful.
Breakfasts are, as usual are very good. Big selection and everything hot.
Bar staff friendly and attentive.

Cons:

The shower is in a bath with a very high step over the rim to get in or out. I have requested that my next stay I have a normal shower and not in a bath.
The lifts appeared to have issues as not all working and a long wait to move up and down

Il personale all’inizio si è dimostrato gentile poi ho perso una cosa in camera (perché non ho più trovato in valigia) e hanno dato risposte evasive dicendo che non hanno trovato niente. Non è possibile e il tono della riposta è stato abbastanza sgarbato
