Comfortable stay in clean, well serviced room.

Midday check out time.
Able to store luggage after check out when my flight departure was not until very late in the evening.

Cons:

Tv options all seemed to be news chanels. Would have liked to watch a movie or TV series to relax in the evening rather than Non stop news.

Breakfast is not halal certified so was shocking for us as Muslim family and refund of breakfast money was painful process between booking.com and hotel

Good hotel for a short stay.
Pros:

Overall this hotel is ok and served the purpose for what we needed, it is close to the hop on hop off route and the breakfast is good, albeit very busy unless you get there at 630. We stayed in a room with lounge access, the happy hour is held at the main lobby bar and provides cocktails, wine, spirits and food of which changes each night. The breakfast has a lot of options. The pool is ok and we did not stay there long.

Cons:

The location around ths hotel is not great (in my view), there are many cheap bars, irish bars and karaoke bars which is not for me. I can not say many negative things about this hotel, it just not my vibe.

My bed sheets were not changed daily that was a major drawback. Bed has to be made properly when u r staying in a five star hotel

Clarke Quay, vibrant, diverse restaurants for miles.
Cons:

Food was good but hot food needs to be hot, and cold food needs to be cold, not warm (milk). Otherwise nice.

A little more help would be nice on shopping locations, bus services etc. Very difficult to pick up on your own.

Friendly staff, good location, try to find an updated room
Pros:

How to switch rooms on arrival as first room needed to be re-cleaned. Rooms were fine but not really up to price point. Perhaps our room or floor was not yet in the updated group. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

No real concierge, just a trip sales desk. But they were nice. What is best about this hotel is central location to riverfront.
