Great stay!
Pros:

Charming hotel with friendly and knowledgeable staff. The drinks in the restaurant were fantastic and so was breakfast. Dinner was hit or miss. Some things were very good and others mediocre. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. There is a convenience store nearby and several restaurants and coffee shops in walking distance. The area is safe to walk around. You do get some road noise being downtown so if you are a light sleeper it might not be the best place to stay.

Excellent Weekend!
Pros:

Excellent hotel staff and ambiance. Comfortable beds and well appointed rooms. Bar has lovely drinks and delicious food. Highly recommend!

Excellent location in Seattle
Pros:

The location was excellent, easy access to the Rapide ride bus to the waterfront. The Terrace restaurant was excellent.

Nothing it was great.

Posizione buona, camera spaziosa letti comodi e accoglienza cordiale. Bellissima la sala col camino

Cons:

Gli infissi sono vecchi e non isolano per niente dal rumore. Non immaginiamo come sia possibile stare in camera in inverno.

Historic Hotels are the Best
Pros:

Beautiful historic hotel with tons of elegance and charm. I will stay here again and again. The rooms are large and comfortable, and in addition to the hotel amenities, there are plenty of places to eat in the nearby surrounding area.

Merece la pena, muy buena relación calidad-precio

Dos habitaciones dobles con dos camas cada una de ellas, cómodas y amplias. Buena ubicación. Excelente restaurante Stella, en especial en su terraza exterior, ideal para cenar tras un largo día de visitas a la ciudad. Familia de 4 personas

Climatización mejorable. Algo de ruido exterior a primera hora de la mañana con coches

Medical stay at its best
Pros:

My husband, myself and our Doodle dog stayed here for 6 days as I underwent back surgery 2 days after check in and 3 days post surgery. From the start to finish, we had exceptional service from nearly every staff member. When we needed a wheelchair, there ws one instantly provided. If we needed any assistance, we received it within minutes. The room was fabulous, the restaurant was lovely, great food, great setting,.... and of course, the location to Virginia Mason could not have been better. I look forward to coming back to stay here under different circumstances...but if ever a medical reason, this is then place! Thank you Hotel Sorrento! Bravo for being such a FANTASTIC hotel

Location is perfect
Pros:

I always stay at Hotel Sorrento when I have medical appointments at Swedish Hospital and my other medical facilities near by. I have to drive up from Olympia/Tumwater so it saves me the stress of trying to get to my appointments on the same day....I stay the night or two before and no driving stress...

Clean & quiet.
Pros:

It's a clean and quiet hotel with a convent location, close to downtown & Capitol Hill. It's less than a block away from the transit stop on Madison,
so it was a quick ride to The Capitol Hill Block Party.

Outstanding experience at the Sorrento Hotel in Seattle
Pros:

I love staying at the Sorrento Hotel. It's unique, convenient, and a great value for the price. The staff are super attentive, helpful and friendly, and the restaurant food at Stella's is excellent. I appreciate the larger rooms, and the comfortable furniture and workstations/desks with adequate charging stations available! I always look forward to my stay's there.
