After living on Capitol Hill for years. I came back and stayed at the hotel I had always admired. Great time. Good service and good people. Would absolutely stay again! You should too.
The hotel is very nice and the staff very good. However it does not match with their web page. The hotel is careless on the details, look old not well maintanance. Rooms are noisy, careless towels and old air condition equipments. I feel it is over rated as long as they renovate. Attention and staff was excelent. It is very clean.
Great hotel, oozing charm it was like stepping back in time but with all the modern day comforts, very well located and good value.
As always, a lovely old Gem to stay the night. and driks ad dining...... Been coming here for 100 years, back in the days of the Hunt Clubs origins
Staying here felt like I was back home in Downtown San Diego, except the public transportation in Seattle is more quick and efficient. The vibe was classy and comfortable. Our room was clean and spacious. I was surprised how comfortable the bed was! most hotels have terrible beds. I did not use valet services and opted to use a nearby paid parking lot that offered in and out privileges
Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice location. Room was accommodating. Restaurant experience was not as great as expected. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
We received a warm welcome from the helpful receptionist and allocated a room on the 5th floor. The view from the room was three car parks, two empty lots and the corner of the hospital. Not inspiring. The noise from the roads was constant overnight (double glazing not good) and despite a very comfortable bed, sleep, was elusive. The bedroom was a reasonable size furnished with traditional style furniture. However the bathroom was disappointing and the fittings seemed to date from the 60’s. Small bottles of water $3 - I think for the room rate they could have afforded to give a couple of bottles for free. They do provide 4 coffee pods, tea bags and 4 milks. The hotel is a good walk from the more popular tourist areas and up a steep hill so be aware! I just feel the hotel whilst retaining its historic charm, that it needs some sympathetic improvements.
The location was good.
The elevator was broken half the time we were there. Had to walk up six flights of stairs. We were there visiting our aunt in the ICU at a nearby hospital. The broken elevator just caused more stress to the stay.
Hotel was old and quirky. Great period design. Staff were very helpful. Spacious bedroom.
Small things like the tight layout between toilet and shower and cold water very slow to run.
Hotel Sorrento is a lovely gem! Great location, adorable rooms, very clean, comfy bed, quiet, very friendly and helpful staff. 10 out of 10.
The front desk and the bell man were friendly.
cleaning crew needed to clean the room better. There were food left in the fridge from the previous customer. The tables were dusty. The trash wasn't taken out daily. There are mildew on the ceiling of the bathroom.
Beautiful room and bar

The staff is always so professional and always willing to help with any information or issue. The room is large and the water pressure is excellent with very nice restroom.
I have no complaints at all.
Excellent and clean accommodations. Very hospitable staff. A warm and historic charm catheterizes the hotel. Staff are well trained and food is excellent. A place away from home I always look forward to returning to.
