Praktisches Appartment mit leichten Gebrauchsspuren - und mit Meerblick. Das Personal kümmert sich liebevoll um die Instandhaltung der Anlage (Rasen, Schwimmbecken, etc.). Den bereits in einigen Rezensionen erwähnten Brötchen-Service haben wir gern in Anspruch genommen, ebenso wie die beschatteten Parkplätze in der Anlage. Das für uns wichtigste Küchen-Utensil - die Herdplatten-Espressomaschine - war vorhanden und betriebswillig :-) Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen - Grazie, Le Grazie.

Cons:

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Trotzdem noch ein paar Hinweise.
Hinweis 1: Wie im Süden üblich sind die Appartments "hellhörig" - für uns in der Vorsaison (Mai) allerdings kein Thema.
Hinweis 2: Die Anlage hat Hanglage. Es gibt daher (auch bei ebenerdigem Appartment) immer die ein oder andere Stufe, die außerhalb des Appartments "lauert".
Hinweis 3: Der kleine Strand von Madonna delle Grazie ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Für den Aufstieg ins Zentrum von Capoliveri sieht das anders aus. Wir haben hierfür gerne die Dienste unseres Fahrzeuges in Anspruch genommen.

Pros:

es war angenehm ruhig, nahe vom kleinen, sehr einfachen strand, wo wir mittags ein gutes essen genossen - das besondere aber war der super swimmingpool mit maximaler aussicht - von dort bestaunten täglich wir den sonnenuntergang!
es ist eine einfache aber sehr zweckmässige unterkunft - gut war, dass wir ein auto hatten.

Pros:

Location e posizione stupenda . A due passi dal mare . Molto bella la zona piscina . Tutto molto tranquillo e in mezzo al verde .

Cons:

Locale troppo piccolo per 2 persone . Mancanza di zanzariere e del bidet . Tende non idonee a coprire la luce . Già al mattino alle 6 non si riesce più a dormire per la luce nella stanza .

We had very big terrace viyh astonishing view🌞. Riccardo was very comunicative and he helped us with everything🙂.
I recomend this place 100%.👍

Cons:

Gracie est is really beautiful place, but if you want to explore elba, you need to drive everywhere. But I recomend it anyway🙂. We were there in late April and it was georgeus🙂.

pulizia pessima, accolti dalla signora delle pulizie che non ci ha descritto minimamente la struttura, il giorno dopo abbiamo chiamato per sapere dove si trovava la piscina perché è al di fuori della struttura. Abbiamo soggiornato in un monolocale standard, veramente poco pulita e piuttosto vecchia, sopratutto il bagno.
