It’s truly classy. Always exceptional.
The hotel is beautiful, my room was perfect, the staff very friendly and polite.
The only thing I didn't like was that on Sunday morning I had to be on a 40 min wait list for breakfast, since the restaurant made appointments for people that were not guests at the hotel and the guests didn't have a place to have breakfast.
Beautiful historic building
I couldn’t stay longer
The lunch at the cafe was very nice. We enjoyed the complimentary champagne upon registration and the pool on the 23rd floor!
Elegant decor. It brings one back to the grandeur of the old times. The staff were very pleasant
The closet in the room is hard to get to with the bathroom door open you can’t get in there
What we did not like was that there was an engagement party going on immediately beneath our second-floor room and the extremely loud music was blasting until 11:30 PM.
We had to get up early the next morning and had a lot of trouble getting to sleep.
When we checked in that day, they knew that we were spending only one night and they also knew that such a huge party would take place in the reception room just below our guest room.
The front desk staff should have taken the initiative to move us to another room on a higher floor, or away from the noise.
Beautiful decor, comfortable rooms, very friendly and helpful staff
Beautiful old timey. Gorgeous high quality decor
The Spa was very nice, clean and quiet. The experience was amazing. I was surprised at how affordable the services were. I would definitely use the Spa again. The restaurants were all very nice. The food was incredible and the service, especially at the Mason Street Grill, was exceptional.
The hotel had to close down due to the VP visit at the time of our stay. I understand why the hotel had to take all these precautions, it was just bad timing for our visit on our part.
The location, the staff and the ambiance was first class!
