Everything, amazing historic hotel, gorgeous, staff was wonderful, location is central to everything downtown,, tram also runs close to hotel, to take you anywhere downtown.
Beautiful hotel. Check in was outstanding, the complimentary champagne was a nice touch.
The staff was incredible. Everyone was kind, ready to help, and welcoming.
We switched rooms as the first didn’t have a working safe. Both rooms had dusty fixtures and out of place bed skirts / linens. Ultimately fine. The sheets were clean and the beds were comfortable.
We loved everything about our stay at The Pfister. The hotel has beautiful old world elegance, it is in a great location, and the staff were all super friendly. We loved the Artist in Residence program that the hotel offers and enjoyed seeing all of the art throughout the hotel. The food in the cafe was great, especially the baked goods which they bake on site.
First class hotel! Loved the pool on the 23rd floor and the amazing view! Room was beautifully appointed, gorgeous marble bathroom and impeccably clean!

No view from my sixth-floor windows. The king suite main area lacked proper lighting as only table lamps are provided.
Everything was perfect! Location is great walkable right in the heart of Milwaukee.
