Pros:

The rooms were exceptional, the bed extremely comfy. And the staff were incredibly helpful.

Cons:

Unfortunately I was woken at 5am by a refrigerated truck outside delivery food (?), and then a garbage truck. Made it very difficult to sleep beyond 5am.

Great place to get a drink in a historic hotel
Pros:

We have stopped here 3 times. During our Milwaukee visit. The staff is great and the food is tasty too. They do get busy. My teenage boys were happy with their burgers and chicken sandwiches. The drinks were delicious too. I enjoyed my decaf espresso martini with resposado tequila.

Milwaukee hotel gem!
Pros:

Perfect location that’s walkable to almost everything. Clean hotel with excellent staff that checked in daily with us to make sure we had everything we needed. The hotel has everything you need that you wouldn’t have to leave if you didn’t want to. Coffee shop, restaurants, pool, boutiques and bar. I highly recommend!! Definitely a Milwaukee gem!

My must-stay in Milwaukee
Pros:

The Pfister continues to knock it out of the park. Great rooms and service. So nice being downtown and close to the lake. My favorite hotel in Milwaukee by far.

Great hotel
Pros:

We stayed overnight at The Pfister where the wedding was that we were attending. Great wedding venue and updated very nicely. Our room was very clean. Staff friendly. Only thing is we did not get a discount on parking overnight as the guests who did not stay had a voucher to cover it.

Pros:

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The bartenders were fantastic. Very funny.

Pros:

Worst experience. Hotel was overbooked and was given a parlour room instead of kings. There was a complimentary champagne glass given which was definitely not enough. Not something that would be reliable

Perfection!!

Horrible Service!
Pros:

Zero service. We stayed in a suite for a couple of nights on a road trip and the front desk staff could care less about their customers. Once in our room we tried to call downstairs for an extra blanket. No answer. We even tried to call using our cell phones and could not get a hold of the front desk or housekeeping. We had to go down to the front desk wait in line and ask for a blanket. When I asked why they didn’t answer the phone they said they were busy. I asked why they didn’t staff to help people already staying at the hotel all they could say was “sorry”

The room was nice and the valet service employees were helpful. But definitely not a service oriented hotel. I would not recommend this hotel.

Amazing atmosphere and team.
Pros:

Hotel staff and cleanliness were above par! Everyone was incredibly accomodating. The rooms and event spaces were very clean and spacious.
The event planning team, kitchen staff and chefs were great hosts and absolutely incredible to work with.
