The Milwaukee Fire Department hosted the Metropolitan Fire Chiefs Association 2026 Conference here at the Pfister Hotel. This is prestigious international conference and brings in guests from around the globe. We received hundreds of compliments on the accommodations, the food, the drinks, the beautiful architecture, the cleanliness, and the ease of movement around the hotel. BUT, the number one compliment we received was on the amazing friendliness, professionalism, and can-do helpfulness of ALL staff throughout all areas and functions of the hotel. WELL DONE ALL!
Excellent stay in an historic beautifully decorated hotel.
The hospitality was awesome. The views were amazing and the food was good. We had a very clean and comfortable room and awesome experience! We met a lot of friendly guests too. I would definitely return.
Terrel is the best bartender.. attentive responsive and very friendly!
Terrel was great! Really enjoyed our time and his service was excellent
Unreal etiquette and professionalism. 100/10
Shakira was a delight to see everyday during my stay. She’s greeted me everyday with a smile and kind words. I’ve been at the hotel for five days and she’s given great guest service for the entirety of my stay.
Visiting for a wedding with my girlfriend and her family and Terrel has been nothing but attentive and energetic! He has made this experience 10/10. Would recommend seeing Terrel if you stop by. Very nice gentleman
Terrell was great serving us t the Lounge! Martine? Superb as our waitstaff in the Cafe, so personable!!!
My server Terrel was so kind and very attentive. My food and fine was very good as well!
We absolutely loved every amenity and encounter with The Pfister Hotel! I love a hotel pool and this one on the roof- enclosed- was great for doing my laps!
The architecture is stunning and the staff friendly helpful and professional
A beautiful grand hotel that has kept up with the times. My room was very nice with a view of the city and a glimpse of the lake. I appreciated how conveniently located the hotel is to the 3rd Ward, the waterfront, and the riverwalk.
The building was beautiful and the room was gorgeous. Complimentary rose upon check in and the valet and bellhop were outstanding.
It is near impossible for anyone to answer the phone. Whether ordering room service (took about 20 minutes of transferring from front desk to back office before someone took the order) or trying to get charges reviewed and explained (the Pfister double dipped on reservation cost), seemingly no one answers the phone.
Fantastic service! Trip with my husband and daughter who lived here 8 years ago for a summer internship. Terrel was quick and helped us find the best deal. He was attentive and had great energy! He took the best care. Highly recommend coming here and having him as your server
Terrel took the best care of us! I lived here 8 years ago and visited with my parents. Hit our old stomping grounds! He was such a great serve with good energy and happy to take care of us. We remembered them for their chocolates and he made sure we got some! He was very accommodating. Will be back. What a great guy! Hope you all get Terrel for your service
Great experience with the staff, hotel was clean and looked beautiful. Jared was very nice to bring my luggage to my room and provided ice and water. He’s customer service was exceptional!
Ethan and Kristin up at the front desk were fantastic
The elegant ambience of the Pfister is only exceeded by the genuine hospitality of the staff. My favorite place to stay in MKE!
