15 Uhr dagewesen, Check-In erst ab 16 Uhr. Obwohl Zimmer fertig war, wäre einchecken nur gegen Aufpreis möglich. Unfreundlixhe Rezeptionistin.
Sijainti huikea, pelkästään ajomatkakin perille oli kokemus. Huone erittäin siisti. Kuntosali aivan loistava.
De locatie is prachtig. Mooi uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.
Welness en zwembad waren buiten gebruik en dat werd nergens (vooraf) gemeld. De laden in de kast waren nog vuil. We slaagden er niet in om de temperatuur op de kamer te regelen waardoor het 's nachts veel te warm was. Venster open dan maar, ...niet echt ecologisch.
Het prachtige uitzicht over Oslo. Goed parkeren. Heerlijk gegeten en heel goed ontbijt.

Uneven dinner service and second dinner poor staff attitude.
Die Unterkunft und die Lage mit Blick auf den Fjord sind richtig richtig toll und festgebrannt im Kopf. Der Service und das Ambiente suchen wirklich seinesgleichen. Einfach nur wow. Mit der Bahn geht’s schnell und unkompliziert in die Stadt. Die dazugehörige Router-App macht’s einem mehr als einfach.
Ja, dass wurde echt zu einem Knackpunkt. Bei Ankunft bemerkten wir das der Fenstergriff für die große Schiebetür fehlte und man durch die Tür an der Stelle des Griffes durch nach draußen gucken konnte. Eine Vorsprache bei der Rezeption ergab, dass man uns ein neues Zimmer anbot, dass allerdings mit Blick auf eine Baustelle und Müllcontainer. Dem haben wir widersprochen und gebeten, den fehlenden Griff doch zu montieren. Dem wurde zugesagt mit den Worten, dass man den Hausmeisterservice unverzüglich beauftragen wolle. Tags drauf war diese Arbeit leider nicht erledigt und wir fixierten das ganze schriftlich mit entsprechenden Bildern, aber auch das half bis zur Abreise nicht. Ergänzt wurde unsere Enttäuschung dann noch, als wir Abends zurück kamen und die benutzten Tassen im Zimmer nicht getauscht wurden. Eine nochmalige Mail ans Hotel wurde mit einer Entschuldigung der für mich WischiWaschiArt beantwortet, aber die Tage dort endeten leider mit einem faden Beigeschmack.

I had a booking at another location that cancelled the day before I was due to arrive. Hadn’t considered the Holmenkollen Park Hotel but so glad it appeared as an option. Staff were great - nothing was too much trouble. Even found a slightly larger room as I was travelling with my adult son. Easy 20 minute trip to travel back down to the city. Location is peaceful with outstanding views of the city and fjord.
Not a dislike, but good to be aware that there is a fairly steep uphill walk from the station if you’re travelling with luggage.
