Fine rom, dobbeltrom og familierom - god størrelse på familierommet med fantastisk utsikt.. Hadde bursdagsbarn på turen, og personalet ordnet med kake som vi kunne servere på sengen 😍

Piękny hotel, czyste pokoje, doskonały widok z tarasu hotelu na Oslo, bardzo blisko do skoczni
Pros:

Piękny duży hotel położony w zielonej i cichej okolicy. Mieliśmy przestronny pokój z bardzo ładnym widokiem. Wyśmienite różnorodne śniadania. Bardzo miła obsługa. Wyjątkowy wystrój w środku w holu oraz piękna bryła budynku z zewnątrz przypominająca połączenie górskiego drewnianego schroniska z ekskluzywnym hotelem. Dodatkowo bardzo dobre połączenie komunikacyjne z centrum Oslo i bardzo blisko na skocznie. Bardzo chętnie tam jeszcze kiedyś wrócę.

Cons:

Niestety długo musieliśmy czekać na zakwaterowanie, gdyż były jakieś opóźnienia w przygotowaniu pokoi. Zatem może nie ma co starać się dotrzeć zbyt wcześniej do pokoju, gdyż dopiero ok. 18-19:00 kolejka do recepcji się nieco zmniejszyła

Mooi goed hotel met alles erop en eraan

Cons:

Handzeep was niet aangevuld, het is 45 min naar het centrum van Oslo, daar krijg je wel een prachtig uitzicht voor terug wat savond's in de bar goed bevalt. Helaas is de bar maar tot 12 open.

Beautiful views and architecture, but the inconvenient location, poor restaurant service, and missi
Pros:

The hotel has truly stunning views over the fjord and the wider Oslo area, especially during twilight. The building itself is also beautiful, particularly the lobby, the historic sanatorium wing, and the overall setting of the property.

Cons:

The location is quite inconvenient if travelling with suitcases. From the closest station, the walk up to the hotel is very steep and difficult with luggage. For elderly guests, anyone with mobility issues, or anyone carrying heavy suitcases, this uphill portion is almost a deal breaker unless relying on taxis or ride-hailing services. Bolt and Uber are available, but prices can surge around check-in and check-out times, and Bolt was sometimes unavailable in the area.

The reception staff at check-in were friendly, but the staff in the breakfast buffet and restaurant area were unfortunately unfriendly and unprofessional in their manner, service, responsiveness, and attentiveness. The handwritten signs at the breakfast buffet also looked haphazard and unprofessional, which did not match the standard expected from a hotel of this category.

The room amenities were below expectations. There were no slippers and, very unusually, no facial tissues in the room. The lack of tissues felt particularly odd, as this is a basic amenity I would expect in a professional hotel. The absence of bath mats was also very surprising. I cannot recall staying at a major hotel where bath mats were not provided, and this felt both unusual and impractical, especially after showering. Even upon request, these items were not available.

Häiris see, et olen hommikuse unega ja kuigi oli valvelauas öelnud, et mu tuba pole vaja mu sealoleku ajal koristada, koputasid koristajad igal hommikul mu uksele. Aga see tähendab, et nad tahtsid pakkuda parimat!
