Erwartungen erfüllt, aber etwas Abzüge in der B-Note
Pros:

Wir hatten ein Standard-Familienzimmer und haben das bekommen, was wir erwartet haben. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Die Lage und auch das Ambiente des Hotels hat uns sehr angesprochen und man hat eine tolle Sicht auf den Oslofjord (bei guter Lage auch vom Zimmer aus)

Cons:

Leider hielten sich die veganen Optionen beim Frühstück im Widerspruch zu dem, was auf der Homepage suggeriert wird, in Grenzen. Auf Nachfrage war keine Pflanzenmilch vorrätig, so dass wir uns mit Marmeladenbrot begnügen durften.
Wir hatten eine offene Dusche und nach kurzer Zeit, war der Boden des gesamten Bads geflutet, da der Abfluss scheinbar nicht hinterher kam.

Très bel hôtel
Pros:

L'hôtel est magnifique, aussi bien à l'extérieur qu'à l'intérieur. La vue sur tout Oslo est très belle.
Le diner en buffet est excellent. La literie est confortable.

Cons:

Il est dommage que les installations comme la piscine coutent aussi cher.
Il faut savoir que les chambres ne sont pas faites dans l'après-midi si jamais vous êtes encore dans la chambre à 9hdu matin lorsque les femmes de ménage venaient nous demander si nous souhaitions changer de serviettes.

Piekne widoki z lobby hotelu, ladna architektura glownego budynku. Przyjemna strefa z basenem i sauna.

Cons:

Czeac z tanszymi pokojami usytuowana jest z tylu budynku, przez co widok z pokoju jest na las. Sniadania mozna wykupic jedynie na czas calego pobytu, nie mozna pojedynczo. Ceny sa dosc wysokie, nawet jak na Norwegie.

Бронирование было осуществелено за три месяца до поездки , группа 10 взрослых мужчин вместо двух номеров 38 м2 были предоставлены два номера площадью не брлее 22 м2 и на двоих что то типа яля раскадушка , администрация сослалась на отсутствие номеров и отказалась их поменять ссылаясь на такую возможность по ,,внутренним правилам ,,

Der Blick in die Ferne. Die Stadt zeigt wirklich schöne Facetten von oben. Auch die Lage am Holmenkollen war total gut. Geheimtipp ist der kostenlose Parkplatz etwas unterhalb vom Hotel.

Cons:

Ein Blick nach unten und man sah den Müllcontainer. Man hatte das Gefühl, das Eintagesgäste, die nicht direkt von den Schiffen kamen, etwas außen vor waren.

Bene ma non benissimo
Pros:

Hotel davvero molto bello, con una splendida vista sul fiordo. L’unica nota negativa è la posizione, piuttosto faticosa da raggiungere a piedi: un servizio navetta sarebbe sicuramente un valore aggiunto e renderebbe il soggiorno ancora più comodo.
Colazione super, davvero ricca e varia. Molto buona anche la cena a buffet, pratica soprattutto per chi preferisce non uscire la sera. Letti comodi

Cons:

Purtroppo, la pulizia della camera è sicuramente il punto debole dell’hotel.
Al nostro arrivo la camera non era pulita bene: il tappeto era molto sporco e in bagno, sui contenitori dei saponi, c’era molta polvere. Quello che ci ha sorpreso maggiormente è stato scoprire che la pulizia giornaliera della camera non viene effettuata automaticamente, ma solo su richiesta. Abbiamo quindi richiesto il servizio, ma anche in questo caso siamo rimasti delusi: sono stati semplicemente sistemati i piumoni, mentre il letto e i cuscini non sono stati neanche toccati. Anche il bagno non è stato pulito adeguatamente.
Un vero peccato, perché l’hotel è molto bello, la posizione offre una splendida vista sul fiordo e la colazione è ottima, ma la pulizia dovrebbe essere decisamente migliorata.
