Very pleasant and seamless.
Pros:

Big room, great breakfast, and very helpful and friendly staff.

Cons:

The whole property is non- smoking. However, our room smelled of a previous occupant that smoked in the room. Also, there was a cigarette burn on the ottoman. I called the front desk and was assured that all the rooms are non- smoking. Since we were staying 2 nights, we decided to stay in the room and turned the fan on high. We left and returned 4 hours later and the
smell was much better. We did tell the staff at check out and they apologized and would check the room.

Kein Zimmer in dem man sich gerne aufhält

Das Personal war freundlich

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind extrem in die Jahre gekommen.
Teppichböden, Vorhänge und Couch machen einen schmuddeligen Eindruck und man möchte am liebsten nichts berühren.
Es herrscht ein extrem unangenehmer Geruch im Zimmer (alt, modrig, muffig)

Pleasant, restful, and great location.
Pros:

Excellent location by my nieces and nephews. The pool was lovely! The personnel exceptional especially John, Michael and then Alexia at breakfast. She was so kind and efficient. Alexia was busy keeping our tables clean, with a very pleasant personality. I told her she should be manager soon.

My only suggestion would be higher toilets. As a retired teacher I needed a taller toilet seat. Maybe more room with higher commodes.

We were very happy with our stay!
Pros:

The room was extremely nice and roomy. The two T.V.'s were great to have. All the apliances in the room were much needed and appreciated. A sitting room and sleeping room was very nice. Overall thought is that we were very happy there!

Cons:

The Front desk lady was not very friendly when we were checking out. She seemed in another world.

Wonderful and relaxing. Can’t wait to go back!
Pros:

Very close to everything and the staff were nice! You get two free drinks at the hotel bar. My fiancé and I stayed here for his birthday weekend. This hotel is very close to Fords garage restaurant and the mall!

Cons:

There’s nothing bad about this hotel. It is beautiful and relaxing!

firstly the front of house staff were very friendly and helpful. we were able to check in early without any charge. the room was very spacious and had a separate bedroom and living room/kitchen. lots of breakfast options and a omelette station. room and environment very clean. x2 free drinks from the bar included per night

The property was very clean but the 90’s called and wanted this embassy suites back. If you went to church camp where everyone in the state met up you have definitely stayed in this place and it hasn’t changed. All the staff was nice except for the girl working in bar she was rude and didn’t want to be there and that old saying holds true …one bad egg.

Cons:

The rude bar staff. Very dated.
