Pros:

firstly the front of house staff were very friendly and helpful. we were able to check in early without any charge. the room was very spacious and had a separate bedroom and living room/kitchen. lots of breakfast options and a omelette station. room and environment very clean. x2 free drinks from the bar included per night

The property was very clean but the 90’s called and wanted this embassy suites back. If you went to church camp where everyone in the state met up you have definitely stayed in this place and it hasn’t changed. All the staff was nice except for the girl working in bar she was rude and didn’t want to be there and that old saying holds true …one bad egg.

The rude bar staff. Very dated.

Excellent Experience
Pros:

From the moment we checked in we were pleased with our experience at this Hilton property. Customer service for all of our needs were addressed with courtesy. Spacious, clean room, comfortable bed. Evening happy hour could have had a few more snacks, but we got there close to 7. Breakfast was outstanding. Everything was well stocked and tended to. Will stay here again if we are in the vicinity.

It was an average stay. Not crowded so it was very quiet.
Pros:

Location and large room with sitting area. Happy hour.

Cons:

Breakfast was not as good as previous stays. Mediocre sausage and bacon. No one doing omelettes while we were there
No restaurant menu in the room. We called to ask and they said they were outdated and we would have to come to front desk to get one. Did not offer to bring to room.
