Pros:

The Reception Staff (both shifts) and the Breakfast Chef's customer service, was second to none. Extremely polite, courteous and helpful, nothing was too much for them.
My room was a great size, clean and comfy.
Breakfast was good

Cons:

I had to pay $50 extra per night as a security bond.(4 nights) I wasn't expecting that. They take it immediately upon checking in but you won't get it back until 2 to 3 days after leaving.
If they can take it straight away, why can't they put it back straight away.
