Siamo stati più volte in questo Hotel, sempre in camere e non in appartamenti. Questa volta abbiamo provato un appartamento del 10° piano ma la nostra valutazione rispetto al passato cambia notevolmente. Sapevamo già che l'hotel è piuttosto obsoleto e un po' trascurato nelle manutenzioni ma la convenienza del prezzo ne faceva comunque una opzione possibile. Questa volta la situazione è stata diversa. L'appartamento del 10° piano che ci è stato assegnato è meno confortevole rispetto alle camere per quanto riguarda la vetustà e la funzionalità degli impianti e le dotazioni sono ridotte al minimo (ma proprio minimo!) indispensabile. Infine - e questa è la cosa più grave - ci siamo trovati in un piano dove il rispetto degli orari per il silenzio non è stato quasi mai osservato dagli ospiti degli altri appartamenti, quasi tutti stranieri, in massima parte extracomunitari, che hanno evidentemente l'abitudine di ascoltare musica ad alto volume fino a notte inoltrata e ad urlare e parlare a voce alta e senza riguardi. Abbiamo fatto le necessarie segnalazioni alla reception, che le avevano ricevute anche da parte di altri clienti, senza purtroppo alcun risultato. Non sappiamo se questa sia una situazione ricorrente o se siamo stati sfortunati noi e si sia trattato solo di un caso isolato, ma siamo rimasti nell'appartamento per più di una settimana e il disturbo si è ripetuto per diverse sere. Abbiamo quindi creduto di doverlo segnalare.

Posizione ottima, camera grande,e personale gentile.
Ottimo il ristorante

Cons:

Arredi degli anni 70 e da manutenere la tenda per la doccia da fare nella vasca non la vedevo da 30 anni.
Corridoio con un odore tremendo e ascensori con rumori inquietanti

Pros:

Camere grandi e pulite, posizione comoda, parcheggio a pagamento nella struttura, oppure gratuito nelle vicinanze.
Il condizionatore di una stanza non funzionava e dopo la verifica da parte del tecnico, hanno spostato la coppia di nostri amici in un' altra stanza. Drink di benvenuto gratuito al bar presente all' interno della struttura. Cordiali e disponibili.

Kein hoteleigener Parkplatz. Riesige Hotelanlage ,die gewöhnungsbedürftig ist. WiFi fast immer abwesend . Zimmer nicht standesgemäß für ein 4 Sterne hotel
