Después de un dia largo en los transportes, el Giovanni de la recepción nos salvo la estancia.

Struttura imponente con tutti i servizi

Cons:

Purtroppo e sfortunatamente dopo un viaggio arrivo in hotel e trovo alla reception personale molto cordiale un ristorante squisito ma tornato in camera non c'era l'acqua calda riferiscono per un guasto per cui non ho potuto fare la doccia. Il mattino seguente al check out segnalo nuovamente l'inconveniente. Mi sarei aspettato oltre le scuse uno sconto o un parziale rimborso.

Staff gentilissimo, disponibile e sempre attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. La possibilità di usufruire gratuitamente del servizio navetta per gli spostamenti da e verso l’ospedale rappresenta sicuramente un grande valore aggiunto. La camera è stata pulita con cura ogni giorno. Molto comoda anche la presenza del ristorante all’interno della struttura. Consigliatissimo
