The staff was good

Cons:

The first room had a bad smell, and the electrical covers for the light switch were broken. The second room is ok; I was going to check out on 4/10/26 because of the room. The room needs improvement. Also, I requested a ground floor, and I got the fourth floor.

Las habitación la limpian cada 4 días, el cambio de toallas es cada tres días, las habitaciones huelen a humedad, los aire acondicionado botan agua y siempre están mojadas las alfombras.

No lo recomiendo. Falta Limpieza y mantenimiento. Es una pena, solía quedarme ahí pero ya no más.
Pros:

El hotel está muy descuidado. Da la impresión de que hasta es peligroso quedarse ahí.

Cons:

La falta de limpieza, falta de mantenimiento de las habitaciones, para que tengan una idea la cama donde dormí, el colchón de hundía porque tenía un hueco por el uso del mismo y me rodaba hacia ese hueco toda la noche. Da una sensación de inseguridad.

La ubicacion , es muy cerca del mall sawgrass

Cons:

Las instalaciones son muy viejas y descuidadas. En la habitacion hay mucha humedad y no estaba limpia, las sabanas manchadas y muchas cucarachas en la bañera. Llamé para que me dieran una solucion con este tema pero me dijeron que no habia personal de limpieza. No quedamos satisfechas con este hotel.

The whole room because the ceiling was with spots and the sprinklers and lamps were rusty and very bad mattress and plus they had no closet the bathroom very bad quality
