Not happy with the door left open with our cash and valuables. If someone stays there don’t let them in your room. Put t

They opened our door to clean bit never cleaned the room. We stayed three days and never had clean sheet one time. The worst part was they left our door unsecured for who knows how long when they brought towels and didn’t take the wet dirty towels. We got home and counted and was missing 200 dollars after we added everything up. And booking .com over charged us as well.

UNPROFESSIONAL RUDE RUNAROUND NONABLE TO CHECK IN PROPERTY THEY RUIN YOUR TIME FROM START

Finally getting to access my room reserved ahead of time to rest a little before the checkout that felt was 2mins later

Waste of time and money rude staff got the run around from a staff member lack communication via email especially on there amenitie of contactly check in which a staff member stated they do not have that accessible working this ruined a much needed vacation and had my son crying checking in took 5hrs to accomplish because she didnt want to do her job causing us to finally be checked in around 3am to have to check out at 10am with zero sleep exhausted from driving hrs to get this unprofessional service

Excellent gulf view and proximity to activities nearby. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Very short walk to the beach.

Cons:

Bunkbeds are adequate length for a child but adult taller than 5’3” will not be comfortable. As with any sleeper sofa, it was not the most comfortable but ok. Expect it to take some time to unload car to room and load since there are only 2 elevators and they are a little slow and meant for visitors as well as staff to use. But this was not horrible, just expect it.

Was given a handicapped room with only 1 bathroom and no bunks. We are retired educators and we have to watch our budget closely, could have stayed at nicer places for less, but chose all suites because of location and room quality. We were really disappointed!!! Bret Robinson kinda miss lead about room nothing like pictures! Bathroom sink wouldn’t drain and was hanging downward so anything on back of sink slid into dirty water in sink. Shower only had hand held sprayer, and it sprayed water from several leaks around handle and sprayed water in your face while trying to get soap off of yourself. Also was evacuated at 11:30 into parking lot without any explanation of what happened, so sleep was hard to get not knowing if something was going to happen while you slept!! Over all worst stay we have ever had there

The location was great, on the water with restaurant, bar and shop options within walking.

Cons:

Very tired facility. Not the cleanest. Our tub/ shower didn’t drain but they sent someone to fix it the following day. The ceiling fan in the bedroom rattled when on. Very tight bedroom with no place for luggage.

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed our time.

The location was excellent. Right in the middle of restaurants, stores, etc and right on the beach. The facilities was quiet with no distractions from other guests.

Cons:

More light in the garage and elevator area would be helpful. Just a little scary in today’s world.
