Ein sehr gepflegtes Grand Hotel mit eleganten Zimmern, schöner Lobby und elegantem Essraum. Zentral gelegen mit bester Meer- bzw. Hafensicht.

El aire acondicionado no funcionaba, tuvo que venir un técnico, en recepción no me dijeron que el valet parking demoraba 35 en traer en auto.

Everything was fine, I was only missing fresh orange ( squeezed) and good bread at breakfast( not only baquettes)

The hotel is exceptional in every sense - the location is ideal, just minutes from the Union Square, the harbour and major museums like the Revoltella.
The rooms are spacious, well equipped and modern yet maintain a sense of decor and style that is historic, reminiscent of Austria-Hungary. Most rooms also have very large balconies with stunning views of the harbour. The staff are polite and helpful. Overall a marvellous experience and I highly recommend staying here.
