De tudo; do conforto, localização, limpeza, alto padrão da estrutura, e simpatia dos recepcionistas.
Café da manhã tem muita variedade mas pouca qualidade. O ovo mexido não dava para comer, uma meleca cheio de leite. Pão padrão de mercado não tinha um pão digno da Itália. Frutas sem qualidade. Etc.
Um mensageiro, aquele com mais idade, muito entupido e grosseiro; quando trouxeram o meu carro do estacionamento e deixaram em frente o hotel, avisei pra ele que eu iria demorar uns 10 minutos para sair ele veio com grosseria e estupidez!, este funcionário não combina com o hotel e demais funcionários, está distoando de tudo!

Tutto è stato eccellente, come ogni volta. Hotel bellissimo, siamo stati benissimo. Camera pulita, atmosfera piacevole, personale cordiale.
La porta del balcone era un po' difficile da aprire e chiudere.
Das Ambiente war einzigartig. Die Damen und Herren an der Rezeption waren überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Suite war ein Traum, das Zimmerservice sehr umsichtig und aufmerksam.
Es gab absolut nichts zu beanstanden.
Torniamo con piacere ogni volta che veniamo a Trieste. Tutto è stato eccellente: posizione ottima, vista mozzafiato, camera pulita e spaziosa, letto comodo, buon caffè nella macchina in camera, buona colazione, personale cordiale. Ci siamo sentiti come VIP.
This is an elegant hotel at an ideal location for exploring Trieste. Breakfast was great, staff were kind and welcoming, bed was very comfortable and housekeeping was efficient.
The decor has seen better days! The bathroom faucet in our room was leaking/spraying off to the side, and though we reported it, it wasn't taken care of. The keys worked inconsistently - we had to get 3 new ones made during our 4 night stay. Carpet in hallway and room were pretty dingy/coffee stained in our room, in particular. The lobby was overly perfumed - I guess it's supposed to be an appealing olfactory experience, but it just made me cough. We requested, through Booking.com, to shorten our stay by one night, but the hotel staff did not approve our request. A little disappointing, but worked out okay - just be aware of that inflexibility.
