very clean. huge room. great coffee in lobby. Atmosphere was great and good neighborhood. The lady at the desk was extremely kind and understanding. That is so rare for hotels. I will definitely stay there

Friendly Staff and Clean Room!
Pros:

We had a great experience at this hotel even though we only stayed one night. The staff, especially Samira (I lost the card, I hope that's the right spelling), were SO friendly and accommodating. We loved our room with a balcony, it was clean and had everything we needed. A little pricy but it was a Friday night so I'm not too upset about the pricing. Will be staying here again!

Pros:

We booked this hotel based on close proximity to Nashville airport. The room is dated and gloomy. The carpet is old and dirty. This hotel needs to be updated! Receptionists was rude and unhelpful as we worked through a glitch in our reservation.
We would not recommend this hotel.
