El alojamiento estaba. Cerrado por remodelación y ustedes jamás me hicieron llegar, así que cuando llegue después de 24 horas de vuelo me di con la sorpresa que no podía hospedarme, jamás me comunicaron ustedes, booking eso, les escribí y no recibí respuesta de ustedes hasta 4 días después, tuve que reservar de emergencia otro hotel. Pésimo servicio.

Had confirmed reservation and upon arrival found hotel was closed for renovations…. I received no notification prior to arrival.
Location was perfect and the staff was friendly and pleasant
You should offer complimentary breakfast and he kitchen should have better hours wanted to have dinner however the kitchen is as closed it was around 5-6. I had to go out for dinner

My first room TV was not working and bolt lock missing from door and bathroom was semi dirty

The Staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, especially Christine and isiah. Oh! And the best complimentary oatmeal raisin cookies you’ll ever sink your teeth into.
