Pros:

The location was perfect! Across from the beach and Navy Pier and just a couple blocks from N Michigan Ave and Millennium Park. Our family was able to walk everywhere we wanted to go.

Very regretful and sad
Cons:

Travelled with an autistic child and check in time was 4 pm. Room was ready until 9 pm . They said they will call once room is ready. No call received and had to call back. Again the said room is not ready and offered to call back. We were walking around with autistic non verbal child all the time until 9 pm. Then we came back after no call received to hear room is not available. They have offered another room and we took it as there was no other option at late night. Offered some discounts which will never get matched for difficulties caused when traveling with a special need child. Dishearten with the fact that they never called back to inform room is not available until we came back to check personally. No proper communication was made when we called to check also.
