Amazing location and helpful staff, beautiful views, could use some more upkeep on patio furniture and cleanliness.
Pros:

Good location, easy to drive to. They helped cancel the accidental double booking and upgraded us! Lovely desk staff.

Cons:

The balcony and pool area looked a bit run down and dirty. Empty cups stayed in the hallway for a good bit of time.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and wonderful view
Pros:

Super friendly staff, very clean and close to the Navy Pier and quick walk to city transit.

Cons:

The only complaint I could have is just the cost of parking through the property, but it was valet so not horrible considering.

In a word… Outstanding…
Pros:

It’s proximity to all the attractions that downtown Chicago has to offer.

Cons:

There was no mini-fridge or microwave in the room. After eating at some of the most amazing restaurants and bringing food back, those two items would have been ideal to heat up and store some of those wine bottles that were accumulated . Over all I was thoroughly impressed (still smiling)
