Très bien dans l'ensemble mais il faudrait amèliorer le petit déjeuner
Pros:

Le confort de la chambre, la propreté de la chambre et de la douche et le calme de la chambre. Le parking est très utile est pas cher c'est aussi un très bon service.

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner. Le jus d'orange....Ho noooo....Les croissants pas extraordinaires mais nous sommes Français alors il faut bien que nous trouvions quelque chose pour grogner

Great if you want a comfortable clean place to stay near train station.
Pros:

It is close to the mainline railway station, rooms clean, spacious and comfortable bed

Cons:

Location surrounded by looping dual carriageway roads, not a place I would recommend to set off on foot to explore Genoa.
Swimming pool not v appealing and no proper changing facility.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per una notte come famiglia composta da due adulti e una bambina di 2 anni e, purtroppo, l’esperienza non è stata all’altezza delle aspettative né della classificazione a 4 stelle.

L’accoglienza al nostro arrivo è stata piuttosto fredda e sbrigativa, senza quella cura verso il cliente che ci si aspetterebbe da una struttura di questo livello.

L’aspetto più deludente è stata però la pulizia della camera: abbiamo trovato la tavoletta del WC sporca e una federa del cuscino che emanava chiaramente l’odore dei capelli del precedente ospite, un dettaglio decisamente inaccettabile.

La colazione è risultata buona e con prodotti di qualità, ma è disponibile solo a pagamento, aspetto che, considerato il costo del soggiorno, incide ulteriormente sul rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Anche la posizione non ci ha convinti: la distanza dal centro è notevole e la vista sulla superstrada non contribuisce certamente a rendere il soggiorno piacevole.

Infine, i cuscini si sono rivelati molto scomodi e poco confortevoli, compromettendo la qualità del riposo.

Nel complesso, il rapporto qualità-prezzo è stato deludente e non riteniamo che la struttura rispecchi gli standard che ci si aspetta da un hotel a 4 stelle. La nostra valutazione finale è di 4/10.

Personale molto gentile, possibilità di pranzare/cenare in albergo e di aggiungere la colazione anche la mattina stessa . Colazione ottima con tanta varietà di prodotti. Alla mia amica allergica alle proteina del latte hanno dato anche delle alternative oltre alle cose gia presenti nel buffet.

Cons:

Prezzi un po' alti per una sola notte e anche quelli del ristornate.
