Staff is amazing! Very friendly and helpful. Secured dinner reservations at a wonderful restaurant within walking distance of.

Cons:

No drive up for taxis to drop off luggage. You have to descend a steep flight of stairs with your suitcase to enter the building. If packing light it would have been perfect- but if you’re going on a cruise and have packed a lot look somewhere else. Staff did carry our bags up. They are that nice!

il fatto che c’era la possibilità di scegliere se un letto matrimoniale alla francese oppure due letti singoli ho scelto letto matrimoniale ma alla fine c'erano solo letti singoli nel complesso quindi non avevano la possibilità di scegliere anzi hanno provato pure ad ingannarmi dicendomi che il letto con il topper è un letto matrimoniale e non si separa invece nella notte sono sprofondate in mezzo quindi ancora peggio era meglio che non diceva niente
