Breakfast wasn't great. Eggs were empty and coffee was weak.
Earwig (insect) crawled out of my tissue holder. Wish there was another ice machine besides 6th floor.
The best thing about the hotel is the proximity to the airport.
We left very early, so they provided breakfast boxes to go, which was nice for our domesric flight.
The rooms were outdated. Especially the bath was old.

The front desk guy who was helping us -Justin or jason? just walked off and disappeared. Another man took his place.
Rooms were not ready by three. A lot of people stood around waiting. As I waited I watched a man fill the water jug with what looked like dirty pitchers.
Once we were in our room and taking naps, an employee ( same Justin or Jason guy ) used his key just walked right in our room. He apologized, but it was weird. Then and about 7 o’clock this morning, someone knocked and opened the door. I assume another employee . I did not see this person, but they backed out quickly.
What hotel Hotel lets their employees walk into people’s rooms?
We went to dinner last night and asked what was a local place that wasn’t too far to walk. The guy at the front desk told us about a few places that were about a half a mile away. Even though we had already set up a morning shuttle to the airport he never did mention to us that we could’ve had a shuttle. Take us there. Instead, we walked all that way, even though my husband has a bum knee. Then this morning, this sweet shuttle driver girl tell us they always take people to restaurants or even to the mall. That was aggravating.
The breakfast was not replenished so by 7:30 not much was available.
The worst thing by far, was how loud the neighbors were. There seemed to be absolutely no insulation in the rooms, especially the one next to us that was an adjoining room. The people from some foreign country were talking loud all night long till 430 when we finally had enough and knocked on their door and said we’re trying to sleep.. then they all went in the hallway and started talking! I realize that is not the Hotels fault but the lack of insulation definitely is a problem.
Neither of us got any sleep, and I was worried people would be walking in our room.

The location is excellent if you are Flyng to Buffalo NY Airport. Shuttle bus showed up in 8 minutes. Nice friendly Driver
The carpeting in the room was old & Dirty and way past is replacement time. I stood there 2 times and both times the rugs were filthy. I only stood there because it was right next to the Buffalo airport.
The breakfast was fabulous the young lady who was working was wonderful and did an awesome job
The room was nit very clean and pillows were dirty and sheets did not stay on the bed and linens were so wrinkled
The sheets were dirty and breakfast was subpar. Didn’t have options and they were out of yogurt pretty soon. No vegan options
