my flight arrived late at 2.00 am from JFK and they sent a shuttle bus to pick me up no problem. The room was huge and comfortable and the breakfast delicious

The hotel was close to the airport and had a free airport shuttle. The breakfast buffet had a great variety and it was very well maintained.
Cleanliness was substandard. For instance, I found a used washcloth hanging up in the shower, there was ripped plastic on the floor just under the bed frame as if the carpet had not been thoroughly vacuumed, and there were scuff marks on the walls (presumably from luggage scraping against them).
Very helpful staff… sp Dave helped me out first day to book my Niagara tour and bus . Correct instructions on how to move around ,dinner options nearby

Poor customer service.
The customer service and the carpet near the room was dirty.
Staff members were nice. Location is good, near airport.
We stayed for one night because the hotel is very close to the airport. Unfortunately, the room was in terrible condition. The hotel is outdated, the room door wouldn’t lock properly, the bathroom sink was clogged and wouldn’t drain, there was mold growing in the corner of the shower, the bathroom door was peeling, and the closet door was broken.
The shower also drained extremely slowly. When my child finished showering, the water had backed up so much that it reached their lower legs. On top of that, the bed sheets had visible stains.
When we went to the front desk to report these issues, we saw several other guests there as well—some were asking for someone to fix their air conditioner, while others were reporting broken toilets. It was clear that our room was not an isolated case.
A room in this condition should never be rented to guests. This was, by far, the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
It’s convenient for the airport.
