Location (near lake).

Cons:

They say a nearby public parking lot is available for guests, which is true. But it's impractical / inconvenient for that purpose, because you can't get back into the lot and your car, without paying for the space and leaving. So you have to take ALL of your baggage in one trip. You can't go back for more later.

Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended
Pros:

1. Location (10/10): Absolutely perfect. It is located right in front of Gare Cornavin and next the main bus station, making transit incredibly easy.Also it’s just a few minutes' walk to the downtown area.
2.Staff & Service: The reception team was courteous, welcoming, and very helpful with everything we needed.

SPECIAL THANKS TO VALENTINE , A GREAT PERSON AND A WONDERFUL RECEPTIONIST!!

3.Breakfast: 9/10.
4. Cleanliness: Exceptionally clean throughout. The hotel has a very fresh, modern feel to it.

Cons:

I wish I could choose an omelet or scrambled eggs,instead of boiled eggs.

Great stopover
Pros:

For an overnight between arriving at the airport and leaving by train, this was ideal. Just across the square from the main station and close to the lake, the welcome was warm and the room was modern, comfortable and spotless. Quite noisy on the balcony outside on a Friday night but the soundproofing was good. A couple of nice complementary extras were included: a beer and water in the minibar, and local transport card covering trains, buses and boat taxis within Geneva.

Stay like in a 4 star hotel, right at the train station
Pros:

Very spacious and comfortable bedroom. Some products in the bedroom were free, including chocolate and beer. The staff have been extremely helpful and available to let us use the lobby and the toilet after check-out.

Cons:

The room was not top-quality clean, with some dust and hair left on the bed and in the bathroom. The blanket was very warm for summer, which didn't allow me to sleep deeply.

Aceptable pero gastos extras
Pros:

Lindo y rico desayuno.

Cons:

No me gustó que de la descripción en Booking figura como servicio incluido el parking y lo cierto es que tiene un parking privado en frente que no pertenece al hotel y que hay que pagarlo aparte. No debería figurar como servicio incluido. Ademas al hacer la reserva solicite cuna para mi bebé que jamás me la han cobrado y aquí tuve que pagar 10 CHS por la noche por la cuna. Varios gastos extra.
