Cons:

Da cobrança do estacionamento, do funcionário Issac, responsável pela reposição do café da manhã. Faltava tudo e quando abri a porta para a cozinha para solicitar yogurt, o mesmo estava no celular e ainda chamou minha atenção por abrir a porta de acesso exclusivo para os funcionários. Depois de 30 minutos após solicitar o yogurt, o mesmo com toda a ignorância jogou os yogurts na geladeira e começou a fazer a reposição de tudo, nem pratos tinham mais. Péssimo funcionário que acaba destruindo a imagem do hotel

Cons:

The bathroom had mold on the ceiling. We were initially given a different room but the mold in the bathroom was even worse. The room itself was very dank and even the bed sheets felt wet. I asked the front desk if we could switch to another room and he kindly moved us to a different unit. Unfortunately that room also had mold in the bathroom. The room itself felt much better so we decided to stay.

Great value for a central location.
Pros:

Easy check-in with helpful staff. Great location, withing easy walking distance to all main attractions. Good sized rooms with comfortable beds. Good offering for easy self-serve breakfast.

Cons:

Rooms were attended to during stay, bins emptied & toilettries replaced, but beds were not made.
