Cons:

Our extended family had 3 rooms. In all,
the bathroom vent was extremely loud and couldn't be turned off separately from the light.
The paid parking at the hotel was an extremely tight fit for our large car, making it very difficult to manuver out. Don't suggest using it.
The king suite wasn't prepared for our arrival with the right amount of beds. and had been unresponsive about the request to know about this specific accommodation until being written to multiple times, and even then, upon arrival, didn't get it right. Also, there was a horrible noise from the air-conditioning unit at 10 PM which required fixing, and was not fixed to our satisfaction. The hotel did not offer an alternative room nor did the suprrvisor get back to us after check out as promised.
Our third room is still waiting for extra towels that never arrived. Also, when they asked for an extra key, they were given the key to an unrelated room next door.
