Stay was only I night with early morning departure

I had higher expectations because this is an IHG hotel, but unfortunately, the experience didn’t meet those expectations.

Some of the staff were friendly, but not everyone was helpful, and I felt that a few team members could improve their professionalism and customer service.

The rooms felt quite worn out and weren’t as clean as I expected. I understand this may be related to the hotel’s category, but cleanliness should always be a priority regardless of the star rating.

I also ordered room service, and unfortunately, the food was disappointing. The eggs had a very strong smell that didn’t seem normal. Thankfully, the staff agreed to take the dish back without any issues, which I appreciated.

The main advantage of this hotel is its location. If you’re traveling on a limited budget, it might be a suitable option. However, if cleanliness, comfort, and a more premium experience are important to you, I personally wouldn’t recommend it.
