Great location in a quiet neighborhood
Not aware it was under renovation but certainly understandable and not an issue
Convenient location, nice surroundings, low to no surrounding outdoor property noise. Excellent staff. Nice experience all around. Really enjoyed our balcony.
Only negative was how firm that bed was. Just did not sleep well. It was great that it was a Super King; just so uncomfortable.
The hotel has a warm, friendly atmosphere. We've stayed here a few times and always had a good experience. The rooms are nice and clean, the restaurant/bar is small, but provides good service and food. The staff at the front desk are happy to see you and get you to your room.
The hotel was going through some renovations but this did not have any impact on our stay.
One nice thing is they have a good sized parking lot and have been able to accommodate the trailer I was towing. There are also good restaurants across the street.
Horrible experience. My wallet was stolen from the lobby restaurant. The GM Derek lacks compassion and professionalism.
We visited Hotel Indigo for a wedding, and it did the job for the night. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. The property is under construction which is seen throughout the stay in the lobby, elevators, grounds, etc. There seemed to be some issues throughout the property with air conditioning control, which may be a result of the construction. Several guest rooms and the wedding venue space were extremely warm and could not cool down enough for comfort. Overall, it did the job it needed to.
My wife, Olga, and I stayed at the Hotel Indigo two weeks ago or so; we live in Connecticut and were visiting my elderly parents in Atlanta. I write to commend Ina: she is quite simply the finest hotel staff member with whom we have ever dealt (and we travel quite a bit!). To say that she went above and beyond would be an understatement: she simply could not do enough for us.
Our flight to Connecticut on Tuesday morning was cancelled because of the blizzard: we had to stay in Atlanta for two more nights, but had no reservation. Ina made our highly challenging situation far, far better, even pleasant. She arranged for us to remain in our room, a room to which she had upgraded us over the weekend. Ina also arranged for our room to be cleaned, something for which we had not asked; she requested that cleaning at her own initiative.
Ina also gave us two complimentary breakfasts. (Unfortunately, we could not have the second breakfast.) Olga was cold in the breakfast room; Ina not only moved us to a warmer space, but also placed her space heater beside Olga: how thoughtful of her! (Ina was by the door and must have been quite cold while we were having breakfast.)
If I owned a hotel –– or, indeed, any business at all –– I would hire (and continually promote!) Ina. She is truly remarkable. Olga and I so look forward to returning to Indigo –– largely because of Ina.
Location
The lobby and restaurant furniture was damaged and needs replacement. The room was clean but bathroom is outdated. Hallway carpet was filthy and need to be cleaned.

Dear Hotel Indigo Atlanta Vinings Team,
I am writing to express my utter disappointment and disgust regarding my recent stay at your establishment from January 9th to 11th 2026 What was supposed to be a relaxing getaway turned into a nightmare that I will not soon forget.
Upon entering my room, I was greeted not by comfort, but by filth. The bed sheets were covered in blood stains, an absolutely unacceptable sight for any guest. I was horrified and, frankly, appalled at the state of the bedding. Instead of finding a clean and inviting atmosphere, I was met with a room that was nothing short of a health hazard.
Due to the unsanitary conditions of the room, I felt I had no choice but to leave and sleep in my car on your property for the duration of my two-night stay. This is not only unacceptable but also a gross violation of the basic standards of hospitality. I expected, at the very least, a clean and safe space to rest, and I received the complete opposite.
Given the abysmal state of my accommodations, I demand a full refund for my stay. The experience I endured was not only distressing but also entirely unacceptable for a hotel branded under the IHG umbrella. I am deeply disappointed in your establishment and will not hesitate to share my experience with others unless this issue is resolved promptly.
I look forward to your swift response regarding my request for a refund.
I also want to note I called from 7:00 in the morning till 5:00 in the afternoon every 30 minutes to talk to someone in the phone just ring and ring very unprofessional.
Sincerely,
Tony Hannah.

I am a repeat customer to this hotel when I travel to ATL for business. I return because I like the ambience, location, and the staff is attentive and friendly. I'll be back a few times in 2026.
P.S. Close to Jubilee which has several restaurants and some shopping including a CVS for anything forgotten in packing.
Wish there were refrigerators in the room however, I bring my Yeti cooler and the hotel provides ice. That issue is remedy with knowing and planning.
