Excellent le service et un hôtel digne des 5 étoiles.
Petit déjeuner un large choix , très copieux et très bon / excellent le cappuccino fait maison.
Les jus de fruits sont frais et très bons.
Chambre grand et un beau décor moderne.
Superbe plongé de vue de l'ascenseur à la salle de manger ( vitre transparent ).
Massage à l'hôtel : prix très abordable pour un 5 étoiles, très bonne masseuse et relaxant
Possibilité de déposer les valises à la réception avant le Check-in et aussi bien pour le Check-out ( prestation gratuite ) le temps de faire un shopping.
A proximité du métro souterrain et terrestre ( station SALA DAENG ), centres commerciaux et restaurants.

Bra centralt läge, vid Lupini park. Frukost personalen var fantastisk, så även frukosten. Härligt med poolen på taket, efter en varm dag i Bangkok.
Nära till station för air tram, alltid tur tuk precis utanför.
Det fanns inget lekrum, det hade vi önskat för barnen 1 och 3 år gamla.

Restaurant and parking
This building was recently remodeled and it was one of the best hotel that I have stayed in.
The staff was excellent. From check in to check out and including the rotating concierges. And thank you Crowne Plaza for fully illuminating the bathroom mirror area. I have been to so many hotels that put a single halogen light in a location far from the mirror so it is an adventure just trying to shave. Actually the lighting in the entire room was excellent.
There were plenty of places to eat nearby in a food court. There was a 7-11 for late night snacks. And even a barber shop around the corner that I visited.
There wasn't anything to dislike so I'll just say the bathroom sink didn't drain. I couldn't get it to open. So please sent the maintenance man to room 2926. :-)

Love the attentiveness of the Club Lounge team, housekeeping and the breakfast team. They were really awesome. Room is clean and spacious!
The shower the pressure is hard to balance the hot and cold

Had problems with wifi, and on checking out I was lucky I checked the bill, I had pre paid the room via this app and they tried to double charge me for the room, if I was in a rush I wouldn’t have checked the bill, and found I was double charged. The did correct this but only after I brought it to their attention

Great location near Silom and MRT. Professional, friendly and customer centric staff. Really appreciated the opportunity to use the showers prior to my flight even though I had checked out earlier. Very clean, quiet and well appointed rooms.
