Awesome Stay in BKK!
Pros:

Love the attentiveness of the Club Lounge team, housekeeping and the breakfast team. They were really awesome. Room is clean and spacious!

Good location, good staff, good breakfast

Cons:

Had problems with wifi, and on checking out I was lucky I checked the bill, I had pre paid the room via this app and they tried to double charge me for the room, if I was in a rush I wouldn’t have checked the bill, and found I was double charged. The did correct this but only after I brought it to their attention

Highly Recommended
Pros:

Great location near Silom and MRT. Professional, friendly and customer centric staff. Really appreciated the opportunity to use the showers prior to my flight even though I had checked out earlier. Very clean, quiet and well appointed rooms.
