השהייה הייתה נפלאה ללא ספק נחזור שוב.
Pros:

ארוחות הבוקר היו נפלאות כולל הישיבה בחוץ, צוות המלון היה נפלא אדיב, נעים וענה על כל הציפיות ואף מעבר.

Santa Catalina a grand hotel in every way
Pros:

Santa Catalina Hotel Las Palmas, what a wonderful hotel, beautifully appointed, more like a Palace. Enjoyed the restaurants and the spa area is just fantastic.
The rooms are beautifully appointed, all up a fantastic Hotel.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, a special thanks to Rosanna, guest experience manager, Rosanna was just so helpful and kind, she soon sorted out the problem we had and made our stay a total delight.

Good stay but not something special
Pros:

The food in the Michelin restaurant was amazing. The gym was fully equipped and the breakfast was delicious. The staff at the restaurant was also really attendive. The gentlemen that carried our luggage were at all times willing to help and offer their services! We appreciated it.

Cons:

We had to pay for the underground hotel's parking and no one informed us that there is another much cheaper option of parking opposite the hotel. The breakfast is nice but 30 euro per person is too much for this. The room was good but nothing special. Also the older ladies in the reception were not attendive enough and willing to take care of us. They seemed bored as if it was a chore to explain to us basic things. We expected something more from a 5 star hotel.
