Aun viviendo en la misma ciudad, me alojaría de nuevo.
Pros:

El trato fue excelente, el desayuno de un nivel muy alto. La habitación era preciosa y hacia una zona tranquila. Además al ser mi cumpleaños nos hicieron upgrade y permitieron que usáramos la piscina de la zona superior. Aunque vivo en la misma ciudad, volvería al hotel.

Cons:

Por decir algo, se escuchaba el ruido de fuera de la habitación a veces y los interruptores de la habitación eran algo confusos.

Pros:

Breakfast was splendid. The staff were very friendly, beautiful people and beautiful smiles always. They were also very helpful, always attentive to any questions asked. Sunday evening with Senor Rodriques was a great treat - best live music I've ever attended.

Precioso hotel con unos servicio que no están a la altura de su categoría.
Pros:

Alojamiento cuidado y actualizado. Excelente desayuno e instalaciones

Cons:

El servicio de limpieza de las habitaciones tardaba mucho en hacer las habitaciones (pasadas las 16:00 en algunos casos) y el nivel de limpieza era mejorable y, en cualquier caso, impropio de un hotel de esta categoría.

En la habitación tuvimos la “visita” de una cucaracha. Solo cuando nos quejamos mejoraron el nivel de este servicio.

Comodidad y lujo, en un mismo hotel
Pros:

El trato personalizado, la cercanía con el cliente y el cuidado de las instalaciones. Además fuimos a celebrar el cumpleaños de mi pareja, y tuvieron un detalle con nosotros en la habitación. Recomendado.

Cons:

La ducha de la habitación tenía una mancha de cal.

Excelente trato y calidad en la Restauracion. El personal es super agradable.

Cons:

En la zona de la piscina de la azotea, aunque ya se que hay camas balinesas al otro lado, le faltaría alguna sombrilla.
