Pros:

The Comfort Hotel Shin-Osaka was a great place to stay during our visit to Japan. The staff was great always there to either greet you or to say goodbye. The room was comfortable and clean every day fresh towels waiting for you when you get back from daily tours. Short walk to subway. Will stay again when back in Japan. Ps the free breakfast was great as well.

Only issue no English TV when winding down for the day

Osaka a été notre coup de coeur de toutes les villes visitées au Japon. Nous reviendrons bientôt.
Pros:

Le personnel était très accueillant, les lits et la literie étaient impécables et nous avions le petit déjeuner inclus dans notre forfait. Tout a été au delà de nos attentes. Merci à tout le personnel du Confort Hotel Shin-Osaka.
Le seul petit problème est survenu lors de notre arrivée à la gare Shin-Osaka. Nous avons pris la mauvaise sortie et avons du traverser la passerelle surélevé du chemin de fer. Avec nos valises super pesantes, monter 30 marches et les descendre à minuit n'était pas très agréable. Il serait bon de bien indiquer quelle sortie prendre pour rendre l'arrivée des voyageurs fatigués plus agréable, mais ce n'est en rien la faute de l'hôtel.

Cons:

Je n'ai rien à dire de l'hôtel, tout était parfait. Merci.
