The only redeeming quality was closeness to Red Rocks.
The first standard room we were given had the deadbolt ripped out of the door. Naturally we requested a new room, but we were already on our way out for an event. When we arrived back at around midnight, we informed the night manager we were needing a replacement room. He had no idea we had already requested one. This is when he informs us there would be no breakfast in the morning since this la Quinta was being acquired. The second room he gives us, somehow, also has it's deadbolt ripped out of the door, however this one wasn't just sitting on the counter, it was missing completely. We, *again* request a room *with* a deadbolt. This man, attempts to assign us OUR ORIGINAL ROOM WE LEFT IN THE FIRST PLACE. We manage to get him up to speed on the situation, *again*, and he manages to find us our 3rd and final room that manages to have a deadbolt still attached to the door, our one and only request. Besides that, the hotel was in general disrepair, the bathtubs in all of them were very sus, and ultimately this became one of the most frustrating stays I've ever had the displeasure of having.
Literally nothing please just tear the place down
Fully dirty bed (that was made to look clean) dog piss all over carpet (still wet that’s how I noticed it aside for the smell) manager nowhere to be found. Disgusting foul and having to fight to get a refund still PLEASE DONT STAY HERE. If you need a cheap place you would be better off on the street

Location to my aunts celebration of life in Golden.
First room was dirty, shower had been used, dirty towels piled on the toilet, garbage in the waste cans. No free breakfast as stated in my confirmation. Water in second room barely warm in the shower. I did call the desk for them to make a notation. No water at all on Sunday to take a shower to go to the service for my aunt.

No breakfast, mold along bottom of tub and the tub bottom wasn't solid(must have been a liner and it shifted when you stepped), carpet was filthy and damp,
Housekeeping did not check to see if we needed any clean towels or supplies. Water main broke which was not their fault, but very inconvenient since we had a celebration of life to attend.

Breakfast was meant to be included but is not. The bathroom was dingy and beat up. One of the beds sunk in fully and was not flat. There were no drink machines at all. There was no ice machine nearby.

Website stated free breakfast when in actuality , it wasn't even offered. The room t v did not work even after consulting with staff and attempting to fix myself. The bathroom tub was dirty, on top of that there was little to no hot water while taking showers.
