Not a happy customer!
Pros:

None of it. It was not clean.the bed was really hard. Towels very rough. Staff ignored while we stood at the counter to check in. He was doing something on his phone.. They charge extra for parking which is dumb.

Cons:

I didn't like any of it.

The whole experience was bad. Not clean nor comfortable. Staff were not attentive.
Towels were rough bed was hard. Room was dirty.
They need to do way better.

Great Value! Very Nice Staff

It was a clean, affordable place to stay.
Pros:

The staff were all very polite and helpful. The shuttle to downtown made our stay stress free. The drive gave us excellent tips on where to go and we never waited longer than 10 minutes to be picked up.

Cons:

Could use some updates but otherwise a good place to stay.

The stay was ok.
Pros:

The staff was very nice and friendly, great location!

Cons:

The water smelled like sewer water, and when someone took a shower it would drain super slow and brown smelly water would come up in the sink.

We will probably go back if the shortcomings identified are fixed.
Pros:

The staff was excellent. Very helpful and forthcoming especially with respect to responding to the needs of disabled guests.

Cons:

When we arrived there were no coat hangers or places to hang clothes. There were no rests for suitcases. There were no chairs except for a desk chair. The room was barren. Upon request wooden chairs were supplied along with two suit case stands were provided. We had four suitcases. There was no walk in shower in this disabled room (#119). The bath tub was excellent but was hard to get into. The grab rails were at tub level so there was nothing to grab on to if you slipped while taking a shower except for one vertical bar adjacentent to the shower head. The shower head was fixed with no hose and adjustable nozzle. The shower chair was excellent. The floor, when wet was slippery. Two small Saran wrapped 5 ounce cups were provided in the bathroom and none were provided in the bedroom area which had an un insulated ice bucket with no tray or lid.
