Das unsere Reservierung ohne Rückmeldung storniert wurde.
Eigentlich wollte die Empfangsdame uns gar nicht da haben.
Nach Diskussionen hat sie uns das reservierte Zimmer zu einem 50 Dollar höheren Preis angeboten. Wir haben dann bei Booking.com zu 20 Dollar Mehrkosten erneut gebucht.
Schade ist auch, dass ich auf meine Beschwerde an Booking.com keine Antwort erhalten habe.
Dass es keinen Fahrstuhl gibt und das beworbene Schwimmbad geschlossen ist, fiel dann auch nicht mehr ins Gewicht.
