The manager. I booked a room there for the night - I had just spent the previous 10 hours loading my entire apartment into storage and was moving to Seattle after the 4th. Paid for the stay, the deposit, they gave me room keys and I took my bags to the room and was halfway in the shower when the front desk knocked on the door to kindly inform me that this hotel does not allow any residence of Bozeman to stay there. So I brought all my things back downstairs, the manager was on the phone and wanted to speak with me. I told her that we had actually met a few months back, a young gentlemen was at the front desk and they had both complimented me on clothing, we had talked about Bozemans new look and Hilton as I had previously worked there. The manager did not remember, and demanded I leave the property immediately. We had a short back and forth, I had also texted my mom to see if I could just stay with them. My mom could hear the manager screaming through the other phone, and said she felt uneasy about the entire thing. At this point the manager says she is calling the cops to the disbelief of everyone, my mother happened to be nearby as well and said she would stop by so we could find a different hotel and set up a new booking. The officer arrived, did not understand why the manager had called, and stated that it’s unusual to take payment, give a room key, and then kick a guest out of the entire establishment. But those were the rules, he called them frustrating rules, and left. We found a new hotel. But yikes.

The room itself was decent.
I was looking for a motel with a pool for my kids, and no where on their website did it say the pool was closed for renovations. Would have made a difference in choosing this particular motel. Made it work anyways. Then their ice machine was non existent, they didn't know when they'd be getting a new one in.
The pool was closed without any notification before we paid . The ice machine was out of order. The room was dirty around the shower.. patched unfinished holes in walls.

At check-in, I asked about the pool. The staff said it was under renovation and refused / unable to adjust the price for the service / product not exist. The outlet missing the cover plate, vanity has a crack, the window has broken parts laying around.

there was food left in the refrigerator stinging food no tv remote in the first room lose caulking around the bathroom door ugly. I walked into the front desk and asked for a room it was 200.00 dollars wow! I get online and book it cheaper why is that??? I think I got it at 132.00 dollars?
